What is there to communicatie about? Some things are better left unsaid in order to save the community. I believe that if everything that is currently happening will be out in the open, there will be chaos.

Future of this project has still some doubts but I hope very soon all issues will get resolved. I also think price will jump to very high after the successful launch of this project so keep hope for something good.

February wasn't even announced as a deadline, Arthur said it was his "best guess" or something like that. I also remember reading something about further delays in a more recent comment by Arthur.
I can't find that post anymore and it's hard to tell because communication isn't very clear and spread across too many channels.
