And by release you mean? the mainnet? or a functional wallet with GUI, block explorers etc. basically anything that will result in having the average joe using the coin?

First rule in software kind development is there is no hard date..

First rule of business don't tell everyone your idea then if no working product ..
You tell someone your software idea then a band wagon full of software dudes come along and steal your

BUT i suppose if you got an ICO you wouldn't give a SHIT because if it fails you been paid anyways..

Very stupid to mention an idea then because your blockchain is delayed another token uses your idea

Then someone with your idea can come along and just use the basics and it works fine and makes

First rule in software kind development is there is no hard date. Now if we comes to this project specifically here things will be uncertain whther is release of beta or resolving the on going court issue over fund control. My vote I still would want to put in the side of those expect this time release in spite of uncertainty. It has to reach at an end and most probably at good one.

So for the investors, what they can do is to be patient for the release of beta net in the end of Q2. Only Two months left?

I think this time many people will be pissed. Previous ones somehow complicated process with other issues.

I just don't want the to miss another deadline or I'll be super pissed. Q2 betanet should be Q2 and in 2018 too.

Development is going on with full speed while drama also is continuing outside. This makes Tezos highly attractive for many investors that development on technical sides never interrupted because of funding or any other reason. This can be some kind of promo too to remain in the media as active player.
