- Want to quit gambling, only to rely on willpower and yourself
- God does not help you that only you can help you
- Please reduce the duration and number of play until no longer want to play, it is the best way

The third one is just weird, there is no way that someone could reducethe duration. Gambling is not a game and there is no fixed time where you could have choosen how many hour that you will play. It totally depends on the mood, if you keep on winning however you got no mood in it then you would stop and even worse when you keep losing yet you still want to keep on playing
But if someone plan from the beginning that he will lay only for that particular time then he will be able to gamble only for that time and will not go the whole time following the mood. Those people who are not addicted to gambling often leave the game in the mid after they come to know that they have played enough.
first it is really difficult for a person to stop gambling when he become addicted. and secondly if he is not addicted still he will only quit gambling that will be out of money at all or he may have find some day job.
- It is a very difficult time period
- But if you try, you will quit gambling successful

Though for those who already has gambling instilled in their system and has become a part of their everyday lives and routine, it would have to be a slow steady process because there would already be mental and emotional aspects to consider when quitting. Aspects that may very well have negative effects in their lives also if they stop instantly.

Addiction of gambling is not really the same as addiction to cigarrettes or drugs. Even if you force someone to stop immediately, it wont affect their health at all just their mental so it wont be as damaging as stopping to smoke directly. Besides that you will need some money to gamble and how would the addicted guy be gambling when he has no funds to gamble?
When you are a gambling addict then you already spend lots of money on playing it and lose it all and as you said if they don't have money they would stop their addiction but this is not always the case because there are gambling addicts would definitely do bad things just to satisfy their addiction which causes more trouble.

- That is my way to quit gambling, it depends a lot on yourself
- If you do not try or don't want to quit gambling, you will never success

Reducing the duration of your stay in the gambling site from time to time as part of your moving away from gambling is effective, actually if you want a slow pace, then that's the right way to quit, just like smokers and drunkards, they quit it slowly, or else they will not feel comfortable quitting.

- If you do not try or don't want to quit gambling, you will never success

That's the spirit, you should have a strong will to start atleast, and the rest of your methods will follow..

- Right, we can say a hundred ways to stop gambling but
- If not try to do, you will never quit gambling
- Successfully is when you really want to quit

Quitting gambling is not something you just wake up to and say I will no longer gamble its a gradual process and one needs to know what made them to gamble in the first place...is it fun or profit? If its profit find a better job or invest your money somewhere else and if its fun try to adjust to something that won't involve losing money!

It is a fact that quitting gambling is a process and it cannot happen instantly. It is good if a gambler can't quit it immediately, he can just do it on a slow way. The slower the better and they just need to understand that gambling is going to be a source of their expenses if they will going to gamble the right way or manage to quit with it.

But if one already decided to come out from gambling then it is better to stop immediatly because if you play even after some time, then you may have a chance of again gambling on a regular basis. So gambling should be stopped instantly and try to keep yourself in some other activities to avoid thinking about gambling.

Just like what I've said, it cannot happen instantly or if there are gamblers that are good and succeeded in quitting gambling immediately then that's good for them. But we can't tell and conclude that a gambler can just simply quit with it on instant basis, again it is a process it can be gradual depending on how that gambler can overcome his addiction.

Yes, start to place small bet amount and try to avoid all betting games. Place only possible bets. And try to limit your betting numbers per day. Day by day if you cut your daily limits of bet one fine day you will stop completely. This will work out, if you get laziness in this game then it means you are slowly coming out from gambling.

That's a good initiative because a totally addicted gambler cannot simply and immediately avoid everything. That needs to be done slowly and by limiting and doing small bets all the time can be effective if he is going to do that again and again. He might quit gambling in the end because his taste in gambling will be lessen.
yes, you're right, it is a good initiation. stop will slowly make you familiar. because when you're determined to immediately left his gambling world, then it will be hard. a very good idea to put a limit on each time you gamble, because it will make you stop when you've reached the limit. it probably will not work right away, but it is an effective way.

Because there are gamblers who wants to quit gambling instantly but it is not that really easy to make this move. And for those people who are saying that it is not an easy way that you are going to bet small each time you gamble is not going to help. Then just let them think that way because they are just thinking the same.

Well it's different for different kinds of people. For those gamblers who's addictions are not tbat deeply rooted, it would be possible for them to instantly quit gambling. Though for those who already has gambling instilled in their system and has become a part of their everyday lives and routine, it would have to be a slow steady process because there would already be mental and emotional aspects to consider when quitting. Aspects that may very well have negative effects in their lives also if they stop instantly.

Quitting gambling is easy, lock the sites with a password and ask any family member of yours to put the password. Because when you can't access the sites how can you gamble there

Yes this is what I think, one of the solutions to stop gambling in a simple way. Only intend to stop gambling from your heart, ask your parents to make a password on any gambling sites. It may work because by not knowing the password, we will not be able to access the site, and then quit gambling because we could not play.

I can't see how could this work. There are so many gambling sites on the internet and also the new ones appearing almost every day. How is it possible to lock them all?

I think the best solution is starting to gamble 2 times less frequently than before. For example if you were gambling every day do it once in two days. Then after a month or so make 2 times less frequently again. You'll quit completely in 6 months.

Quitting gambling is easy, lock the sites with a password and ask any family member of yours to put the password. Because when you can't access the sites how can you gamble there
This applied to some but not applicable to all. It may sounds easy though but if the gambler it getting to addictive and deeply involve with gambling and money it's hard for them to do it. There's no one who could really help them but themselves they need self realization and get closer to their love ones and especially to God. This I think would be the best way to quit gambling for good.

Your got the point there when player deeply involved and addicted too much even they going to block or lock the website he always find ways to do gambling activity. God can't help you with that problem only your self can help you to find way out to not play gambling anymore. Thinking for best is not enough though maybe try to make a family planning now. Tongue

I saw many people suggesting to gambler that bet huge amount and need help to stop gambling, what they suggest is limit his own bankroll and reduce the amount over period of times, this method will not work seriously. Because of human mentality, casino win on human mentality vs players. Reason is when player win, they feel money is so easy to get and they want to win more, and when they start to lose, they start to bet more and want to recover back their losses.

I will explain below:

once you deposit and loses money, you will have the mentality to deposit more and think of recovering your losses, at this point of time, you already don't want to win profit anymore. you target is just to recover your losses, and you tell yourself too when if I recover all my losses back, I will stop.

But at this point of time, you start to lose more and more, the more you deposit, the more you lose. At this point, devil already control you, you will see nothing beside anger and desperation.

Just ask yourself honestly, how many times have you met with the scenario I describe above, I cannot change human mind, every person have their own thinking, but I wish if anyone read my post, go think of it calmly and if you get what I mean, just quit gambling for good, life is not all about gambling, stop sitting in front of the PC and thinking money will drop from the sky. There is no free lunch in the world, get a stable job, lead a normal and happy life, enjoying good food or even holiday with your hard earn money is even better.

To quit gambling for good is don't deposit even $1 at all, just play with free faucet for fun and and find something else to do other than gambling. Maybe meet up your friends for dinner or movies or playing PC games is another good way.

Your tips of advice was very kind and thoughtful for the other's that would like to attempt on doing gambling in different sites actually. I admired you dude for the things you've shared to us, all of it was true and correct. There are lots of alternative ways for us to earn more in online or here in bitcoin industry.

Meaning the process is slowly but constant, no one can quit directly without going into the process and I believe if someone has made a lot of mistakes in life because of gambling that needs for immediate change. Let to let go and sacrifice your urges to gamble, this is only for your own good and besides there are a lot of ways to enjoy and accept it because gambling is no longer good for you.
