This applied to some but not applicable to all. It may sounds easy though but if the gambler it getting to addictive and deeply involve with gambling and money it's hard for them to do it. There's no one who could really help them but themselves they need self realization and get closer to their love ones and especially to God. The third one is just weird, there is no way that someone could reducethe duration. Gambling is not a game and there is no fixed time where you could have choosen how many hour that you will play. It totally depends on the mood, if you keep on winning however you got no mood in it then you would stop and even worse when you keep losing yet you still want to keep on playing

So far the best way to quit gambling for good. So if you want to quit gambling for 'good' just seek for 'God' for He is the master of all universe. But the conflict will come out if the gambler is a believer or not. This is good if he is a believer but for those that aren't then they should look for some other ways like being busy for other things.

Quitting gambling is not something you just wake up to and say I will no longer gamble its a gradual process and one needs to know what made them to gamble in the first place...is it fun or profit? If its profit find a better job or invest your money somewhere else and if its fun try to adjust to something that won't involve losing money!

For me Best way to quit gambling for good is to have self control, If you can't control yourself then it is useless doing everything just to stop gambling, you can keep on trying anything to stop gambling but if you lack self control then you'll still gamble any time soon.

Knowing your limitation would really be an important thing to consider specially when you are playing gambling.Your limit of 10$ a day is considered as a small amount on most gambler and they wouldnt not be contented on that amount and they would continue even more just to get the aim amount.I wont really risk too much money on playing gambling because if you do such thing you will surely regret on the end.
