 I am getting ave of 155kh/s

The settings in my config File are shown below.
Should i not be getting a bit more kh/s?


Please some one should explain to me, do i have this in my config file and i execute my batch file?  both batch file and config file has by pool address and  ports etc, or do i remove the batch file leave in the config file and run vertminer.exe.

All four are Sapphire R9 290 Tri-x.

Why not post the settings your trying to use?

sup guys I have my r9 270x getting stable 500KHash/s while mining scyrpt currencies with those settings:



And when I try to mine with vertminer I get only 10KHash (Not only with this settings, i googled another for my GPU). So where is the problem hidden? the only hope for me is you guys...

wow that has to be  golden  card .is that really a 290 or 290x?

No afterburner or any other controllers. Just vertminer.

Look for this in /etc/crontab and change the 3 (Crontab Info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cron):

0 */3 * * *    root    /sbin/coldreboot

Also you can use crontab -e

Named it "autoRebooter.sh" placed in root. Make it executable.

Crontab entry:

whats your kh/s and are you using msi after burner for 1040 /1500 setting?

Running for more than 12 hours with this:

i am trying to mine with vertminer 0.53 but i am getting very low kh/s i have a hd 7750 oc and its getting just 18 to 20kh/s is that normal ? with normal cgminer when i mine ltc it gets around 155kh/s

can anybody able to get stable at least 24 hours 450kh/s from 290 trix oc can share his setting?I can run 6-7 hours straight with this:

but after 6-7 hours either pc freezes or 1 of the card driver stops responding using catalyst 13.12

I am getting an error when I start vertminer.

Any suggestions?

NVM I seem to be getting 3 HW errors per hour now per card. Any ideas?

If I set the TC to 8192 it pushes the hashrate down too low.

Just a small info. Tried to compile vertminer today (0.5.4pre2) , no succes at minig. After a while I re-compiled with:
CFLAGS="-O2 -Wall -march=native" ./configure --enable-scrypt --enable-nscrypt

--enable-nscrypt is not described enywhere, but with this one it works nice. Hope it helps somebody.

The settings for vertcoin mining has got to be the screwiest thing I've ever had to set.

My normal settings that worked for scrypt mining was:
-g 1 --thread-concurrency 21712 -w 256 --lookup-gap 2 -I 19 --gpu-powertune 20

But nothing I changed using -g 1 worked. Lowering the thread concurrency didn't work along with lowering the intensity.

Finally I just played around with it a lot and this worked using -g 2 instead of -g 1.

The first card is an MSI 7950.
I had to lower the thread concurrency for the last two XFX 7950's to 8000.

MSI solid 276 kh/s that only fluctuates a few kh/s.
XFX solid 279 kh/s that only fluctuates a few kh/s.

It has now been merged into the mainline sgminer. If you get a build that's recent enough it will have the N-factor support. Not sure if that corresponds to a particular version number.
