I cannot set my difficulty. I am mining on my S9.

I use username.worker_diff4500

The difficulty is still switching from 32k to 64k what is to high for me.

How can I set it lower. Currently I have about 8-10% rejected shares.

Rejected hashrate

Thank you.

Same here : Valid hashrate 7.91 TH/s   Invalid 1.48 TH/s(15.79%)
I use S9 14TH for mining.

What is this? Dear pool owners, stop chilling with our money and put it for use. It is time hire support and make our community better and larger. Or would be nice to have an answer or silmple activity on your own forum thread to solve or informating pool users issues.

there is no answer man.
eg, TBF ORB pool does not pay anything. When I want to change my payout minimum or do manual payout, I always get this error:
Quote
Fatal error: Uncaught BitcoinClientException:
  • : Connect error: Connection refused (111) thrown in Unknown on line 0
It was one of the best pools ever, but it turned into the big sh*t without any dev explanation or solutions from them.
You can find my question about this payment issue days/weeks ago and still no answer. I really can give you an advice: move your miner somewhere where devs are hard working for their fees from miners and where pool is reporting correct hashrate without stealing accepted shares from miners. I used to mine there and everything was OK. But something changed one day and it is no longer fair pool.

I've been trying to setup mining DGB on my Mac. Have not found any clear directions to do this with a Mac. Does anyone have any suggestions or directions to do this?
I have been running GUI Miner which has worked for BTC in the past.

If you compare the list of reported blocks found by The Blocks Factory (https://dgb-sha.theblocksfactory.com/blocksAuth) and compare the list reported by (https://chainz.cryptoid.info/dgb/), there are many, many, DBG blocks found by The Blocks Factory that are not being reported on their page.  The pool is not being paid for these either.  What gives?

I wonder if it could be the other 4 algorithms finding the block and not skein.

Can you mine DGB with an Antminer s9 on multipool?

Yes, you can.  DGB can be mined with multiple algorithms, including SHA256.  I tried it for a bit, and got 12.5 DGB per TH/s per 24 hours.  That's better than The Blocks Factory, but the return isn't as good as mining Bitcoin on Antpool.  Plus, the value of DGB has been going deep South lately.  It's even underperforming Bitcoin.

I finally got tired of dwindling returns and switched everything I have over to the miningfield.com

You should check out Multipool.us.  I've been mining DGB there for the last 24 hours and it has been quite profitable, getting 12.67 DBG (1TH/s * 24 Hr).

miningfield.com is also a tiny pool.  I just checked them out, and they have 18 miners working on SHA DGB.  If I turned my miners onto that pool, the pool hash rate would double.

Switched from Digihash thinking I would save with the reduced pool fee.  5% to 1.5%

Sadly this is not the case.

I only make about 650 DGB per 24 hours with 20 GH of Skein.  This is after a week.

Back to Digihash.

PS Also the blocks factory does this weird little thing where all the miners get "reset" and it takes a good 45 minutes to get the hashrate back. - What the hell is that?

Digihash looks like a very, very small pool.  It must be great if/when you get a payout.  What is your rate of return?

The pool does payout but I was getting a bit over 900 on Digihash - which seems like an even smaller pool, with a higher fee.  But Digihash is actively maintained.
