I don't use bounty groups to stay updated, since 2019 I don't like joining groups on telegram for new bounties like many of my friends used to because I don't want to miss vital information, every bounties are available on this forum and I just bookmarked the bounties section
Some gift channel groups that no longer function, can they no longer be trusted as managers so that no projects will be managed by them?
Although some of these telegram groups are popular with the gifts they managed before.

this has been the case because more bounties were now replaced by social mining. It has also lessen when ICOs eventually became less popular for the community.
There are many bounty group has dead or fled by cheating the mass. But, we can still trust some of the bounty like the Bounty0x and this group is hosting many bounties since last two years and also paying the reward truly. Now as the crypto market is not in bull so the bounties are coming less, hence the bounty they are offered is very less.
Those bounty groups seem to have stopped working for a long time, but now they create new groups to continue operations. because many of the bounty groups above also had bad projects and that's why they had to abandon the group and create a new group. They are still active in new groups but have changed their names. In general, I don't feel the above bounty group is reputable. We should just focus on the project, if it's a good project then surely we will get a reward.
correct. however, some of the old bounties still survived. however, this is all about the project. when there are many promising projects, I think they will build, or revive the groups they have created. Personally, when I see bounty groups, they are just made up of forced joiners. They get members of a certain group and invites them on to the new one. The ones you listed are probably old and maybe they have made a new one.
That's true because the average member who joins the telegram group is only to fulfill the project bounty rules and when the project ends, the telegram group is quiet and many managers make new telegram groups when the old group is quiet.Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Group & Channels
From there you could change it to "My Contacts"
I do this, especially since I'm part of some cryptocurrency channels and groups in TG. People who can force join users can do it continuously into another channel or something. It's best to practice this kind of privacy setting in your account.

As market situation you have to change your planing style to choose bounty campaign. From this list one or two groups could rise again but rest of is dead. I want to focus on running group because some group and admin is doing scam. So I'm assuming that this group will be dead.Some groups are clearly dead and find it difficult to rise again.

They died because they managed too many scam campaigns in the past. And no one is interested in cooperating with them. Now that we have Bounty Dectective, they are the ones who create great bounty this year and surely in the near future they will offer more great campaigns for the community.
After years of working in the crypto market and being a bounty hunter, I find that groups only survive in the short term. Only personal managers can do it long and select the best projects. Team bounty teams will often be disbanded because not all projects are good and when the salary is less then they will disband. As for the personal and prestigious managers, they work quite a long time. Wapinter, for example, has been active for a long time in the crypto market and only receives good projects and is always guaranteed to pay.
Exactly, there are very selective bounty groups that are surviving over a long period of time and that's because of mangers' prestigious work which has been creating a difference towards their popularity. I had worked for Wapinter and I did so many bounties over there and it's always a wonderful experience because he pays every time. I am not familiar with all the groups, however.I like the service of @adsistmediabounty Group very much.Their service is very nice.They get along very well with the hunters in a very sincere way.In addition, the Bounty Detective Group is currently doing much better.However, there are some groups that do not pay the hunters.It's not right to do that.

I completely agree. There is only a problem, even they can make a mistake and accidentally take on a fraudster project. All people and everyone can be mistaken. And it turns out that no one can be trusted. How to live?)
