Not many projects do that when counting the odds of 1 in 10 in my opinion.
and not only that, as long as new projects will continue to emerge, there will always be scammers, even if there are no new projects anymore, fraud or scamer will continue to exist in a different way, of course.

in my opinion, the scam bounties would never go away unless there are rules or consensus about that, but since all of this cryptocurrencies revolve around decentralization, I doubt it. It's all just about supply and demand. As long as bounty hunters take all the job being offered without do some tight selection, then the scam bounties will always be there. Paying in known token/coinlike bitcoin is a fresh air, but not so many developer will do that.
i think scam project still exist as long as bitcoin exist, i dont know how the system can avoid the scammers but im pretty sure someday theres a rule to make company or project with tight rule so make a little chance to scammer scam lot of people especially bounty hunter who really need money because this pandemic situation
Today is Feb 6th and we already have so many bounty projects in bounty section some are good and some are not, the truth is everyone is on their own, you need to make decisions yourself and if things don't work out the way you intended you have to keep trying, many scam projects are out there, make sure you don't get used and also visits scam accusation section often, some know their ways of bursting a scam project
There are always new bounties been launched on the bounty section almost every day, but just like you said it's a matter of choice to choose between one that you will give you more more, for me I always take my time to carry out an in depth research before deciding to sign up on any bounty, cause scam bounties will always be available, so carrying out an in depth research before participating in the campaign will help alot.
The only thing i dont agree with here is that bounty scam would go away because i dont think that is happening anytime soon, because it would definitely take alot of moving parts..... but i think paying with btc is a right step forward and hopefully sooner or later everyone would start making escrowy as payment for bounty hunters , which would definitely reduce and twitter audit would disqualify people with fake twitter followers
Indeed, for now so many campaigns are scam. and it's all because of the many failed campaigns. this will not go away because long ago scams have become commonplace. And for bounty hunters, they have to be more careful to be able to choose campaigns that can really provide benefits. because some campaigns actually make us regret following. Even the scambusters I watch in Youtube like those call center scams, they're a lot and still operating.

as long as there are people who will fall to this kind of scheme they will not stop, at the same time as the technology change so as, the people technique to scam others changes, the most perfect approach to avoid this is to make a research, ask friends and other colleagues of what they think combined with your research, at the same time don't spend money if you are not sure to this investments so that it will not hurt your pocket,
I really don't imagine that scam projects will just vanish in this gathering, they will consistently be around every now and then. we have heaps of btc paying mark crusades but there are such a lot of scam project around, so an incorporation of web-based media (twitter) in btc paying effort won't lessen anything, other than not all project will hold a btc paying effort.

it is not generally recommended to invest what you can't afford to lose but some investors prefer to ignore this suggestion. The same is true for bounty hunters, they tend to waste their time and the scam projects became more popular than ever. The scammers know pre-caution and they are going to prevent the investors to find the hole in their perfect scam plan. The perfect scam plans are still ongoing around the bounty board of forum and scammers use all possible ways to scam more. Be careful with new bounty projects and don't waste your time on small rewards.

I believe that the situation with high commissions in the first place will raise the bar for developers to make their projects interesting and productive, even against the background of high commissions.
They can do things easier - by switching to other blockchain. Even if they "make their projects interesting and productive", transaction fees will be one step ahead. Making project better wont make people agree to invest. Investor not only can lose money due to project being unsuccessful, but all his profit could go only to cover fees. Its a double risk for investors. Switching to other blockchain with lower fees might help, but projects need to hire specialists, that can code on that. That is another point of expense.
If it doesn’t stop many hunter will leave bounty for sure.

Even if you follow a trusted bounty manager, it doesn't prevent you from taking risks. believe me, if there are regulations governing bounty campaigns and projects, there will be strict selection to be able to participate in a bounty campaign. Now some managers have done that. but of course, none of that will kill the scammer.

Why would projects even start bounties, when distributing rewards will cost same at their bounty budget. And who they usually scam? Small investors. Investor would think 100 times before spending 50 bucks on the fee just to buy 1-2k$ tokens.
