I put up a small article on bcoinnews.com about the Chili

Oh and I got mine because I live less than 5 miles from Chipgeek

When dealing with small operation like this, lower your expectation and expect some delay. It's prob couple of guys doing testing, packing and shipping as fast as they can.

has anyone had theirs shipped yet?  Looking forward to it and sure hope get it this week w/ overnight shipping   Smiley

People in the thread have indicated they have gotten their shipments... I am guessing these are the folks that bought many units though. It probably easier to do the boxes of 20 before the onesie-twosies.

I'm guessing those boxes of 20 are from the assembly house, not the ones going out to customers. But what do I know.

In that case its even easier to send out to the large buyers... pre made shipping containers!

Spent the morning helping Bargraphics get his first Chilis going.
The firmware is not currently compatible with BFL devices, though I'm sure ChipGeek will at least fix the simple differences in an update.
In the meantime, I've pushed a workaround to BFGMiner git.

Code:
 BFL 3: 71.0°C │ 34.35/33.91/31.49Gh/s │ A: 326 R: 2+0(.08%) HW:324/6.1%

Thanks for the work Luke

Does anyone from forum really test the Board to tell us the real hashing speed and real watt per board?

How is the hashing speed of board
How much watt per board per 8 chips?

At the moment the firmware goes for the maximum hashrate allowed for the cooling solution provided.  Colder - faster hashrate.  In the future, we'll release a new firmware that will further support underclocking to reduce power.

As a couple of data points - in production we're using a TIM that is not very good but is very durable and Chili slows itself down to keep from overheating.  This gives around 20GH/s and under 150W.  But with a good TIM, we routinely are getting over 30GH/s and more than 150W.  Of course we cannot guarantee that speed for all boards, but it seems possible on the few we've tested.  Keeping the chips cool will get more hashrate.
