If France wants to work with banks from other countries, I think it would be very likely, and I really like it when the French do something like blockchain support. I also think Europe is becoming active for blockchain and crypto, most countries have positive outlook. They are trying to attract new blockchain. Business orientation. It is good to see how the French are coding currencies. I evaluate how they are dealing with the innovations of electronic money.

There is always a big difference. Besides, it does not even take much time to change their mind, so let's see what happens in the future.
I do not really understand why people keep the France out. There are better tax treatments elsewhere. They are actively legislating and attracting Binance will only inspire others to participate. Malta will respond to the will of the EU.

I believe that in Europe there are already enough countries that do not interfere with the use of Bitcoin, so France is somewhat delayed.

Does there need to be one?

I don't really get why everyone keeps wheeling France out. There are no major exchanges or companies based there. There are better tax treatments elsewhere.

Malta is the obvious one. They're actively legislating and attracting Binance will only inspire others to pile in. Let's hope it doesn't get too hot to handle. Malta will bow to the will of the EU.

As far as I know, the French state doesn't plan to make bitcoin legal. Therefore, I would not be so sure about the capital...

I've recently heard about this and till now, I haven't been able to be sure about anything. Because what they say, and what they do , aren't really the same, there's always one huge massive difference. And mostly the countries are power and leadership hungry so I'm not sure about the leadership thing as well. Besides, it doesn't even take much time to change their minds, so let's see what happens in the future.

I think Paris will be the blockchain capital for Europe due to their advancement in cryptocurrency enterprises. Recently , station F has been the foundation for young startups from cryptocurrency background not just in Europe but the whole world.

France is quickly exploring the blockchain and trying to become the leader of the technology in Europe, like in artificial intelligence also, as I read there is a member of the French government that he strongly support the cryptocurrency, and that he wanted that France be the leading country for block chain and cryptocurrency innovation in Europe.
You think that Paris will become the European blockchain capital? Also, it is possible that they can have a cooperation between the crypto companies and the banks in this country?
maybe it can happen and other countries follow also of course i maybe it also can be the beginning bitcoin will be accepted by all country in world

I think it will be great if France adopt it and they will try to improve it as the president has enthusiast about crypto. But it will be interesting to watch if they are able to co-operate between bank and crypto or not.

I also think Europe is becoming positive for blockchain and crypto, most of the leading
countries have a positive outlook.

I would like to highlight Spain as a leader also. They are trying to attract new blockchain
orientated business, here are a few links which promote it.

For me it is even harder to speculate this than price of coins, we will see in some cominig years which country made crypto 100% legal for their people but now i think that in Europe almost every country is almost at the same level.

I think that this is all very conditional. Claim for the title of bitcoin-capital can be very different cities and different countries. This is Switzerland, and Belarus, and Japan, and Singapore. Each of these countries has many developments in terms of helping bitcoin.
