it will give good news in the world of cryptocurrency, after France planned it and managed to become the leader of blockchain technology in europe, maybe bitcoin price will back up again.
if France supports cryptocurrency, there may be cooperation between crypto and bank companies but only in the country because the policy of each country is different.

For the moment not all France supports the cryptocurrency,  they are creating a working group  to develop cryptocurrency regulations. they work with the German government to regulate the cryptocurrencies  at a global scale, not just on a national level.

Between what they say and what they do there is a large difference. They set up a political roadmap and once they get the votes and a seat they quickly change their mind, it's like a national sport there. Additionally, the French President is a blockchain enthusiast, not a crypto one.
The economic minister is persuaded by the potential the blockchain tech. held for helping French startups to raise money (ICOs...)
So he is just interested because it can help to attract money in the country but to call it ICO, crowdfunding, loan, or selling your soul he doesn't care

To say that French President is a bloc chain enthusiast, I don't think so, that he said before is that Bitcoin, Ethereum or Litecoin and all other cryptos are capable to create some financial crises and therefore need to be actively monitored! But on the other side, I agree if you said that what they said and the way they do is such different.

I don't think they could lead on something isn't touch yet by the government properly they do still are part of the European Union which basically tells us that there would be standards to follow if you expect this thing to happen. They cannot move to quickly when it comes to cryptocurrencies as it was not yet properly addressed by the EU or at least still needs more to talk about. If France is eager then they could issue some talks about blockchain technology being beneficial to Europe as a whole and I do believe that is the right start for all.

France is quickly exploring the blockchain and trying to become the leader of the technology in Europe, like in artificial intelligence also, as I read there is a member of the French government that he strongly support the cryptocurrency, and that he wanted that France be the leading country for block chain and cryptocurrency innovation in Europe.
You think that Paris will become the European blockchain capital? Also, it is possible that they can have a cooperation between the crypto companies and the banks in this country?
