The really interesting thing about the FA Cup game between Luton and Manchester City is that Haaland went nuts and scored 5 goals. I wonder whether he is pissed off when Guardiola often decides to substitute Haaland when he is about to break records. I guess he could have probably scored more goals than that, but Guardiola once argued that he thinks it's better to take Haaland off the pitch without breaking certain records in order to keep him motivated in the future. Imagine Ronaldo would have been about to break a record and then the coach wanted him to come off... I think Ronaldo would have ignored that

Obviously, City won't take chances here this time around in the FA Cup competition as their chances to lift the Premier League trophy this season wants to ruin by Liverpool FC, and couple with the fact that the carabou cup has already been taken by Liverpool, so they will do everything possible to try to reach the final game should they missed their opportunity in the Premier League and I guess this is what Luton Town is suffering in this game, the wrath of Manchester city.

I knew Manchester City will take this match very seriously. They do not want to miss out on the opportunity to win a trophy this season. The league and champions league is not certain even though they're favorite in both competitions, but the FA looks relatively easier for them to win. Knowing Pep, he won't joke with an opportunity like that.
Once I City's starting line up, I knew how the game was going to look like. City wil try to bury the game early on so they can give rest to some of their players, but in other to that, a lot of the first team players are going to start.
It was always going to be a sure win for Manchester City.

What an easy match for Manchester city today against Luton, who is very weak for them. Manchester City is already on the lead with 2 goals to nothing. The two goals was scored by Haaland. He scored an early on the the third minutes to open the score line, and on the 18th minutes, he had a clear one on one with Luton goalkeeper, which he brilliantly find the back of the net.

Manchester city is in possession of the game, and it shows that Luton is incapable of resisting the pressure mounted on them by Manchester city. City has lost more chances than Luton, and City is using all their best players in the match regardless that it is FA cup. The match is on the 27th minutes and no goal has been added to the recent scored ones.

The other two matches is still goalless and none of the club has found the back of the net yet.

It is true that basically every match has a clear favourite: Chelsea, Manchester City, Newcastle..
Manchester United looks favourite against Nottingham Forest but I have my own worries about ManU performance. Otherwise Wolverhampton - Brighton might be the hardest match since both clubs aren't far from each others.
For Chelsea, it is true they didn't face a top and serious opponent so it is early to judge how far they could advance in this competition.

If Poch is smart he will try to use this competition to turn things around, especially after their defeat to Liverpool with 6 or more key players injured. At the very least they should reach the semi-final, if they don't even reach that then things are going to get bad for Poch. What do I say, Poch is feeling the heat from fans and the employer already. I'd say leaving Chelsea is probably good for him, and if he is still interested in managing a club aim for a mid-table club where he probably has an easier time managing the dressing room and giving his inputs to transfers to a bigger degree.

What a season it has been for Chelsea, spending a ton of money yet the return is not great. One FA Cup should not be the target if they spend that much money. Sure it is a long-term contract, but I bet it is hard for the fans to watch their team struggling to remain on top for more than one season.

Chelsea are serious in all competitions, not just in the FA Cup or Carabao Cup where they failed to become champions, as well as in the English Premier League, they are also serious, that's why they spend fantastic funds in the transfer market to build a team that is expected to win lots of titles, but they are serious is not enough because it has been proven that Chelsea have failed in two competitions in the English Premier League and a few days ago in the Carabao Cup final, why? because these players often do not play with solid teamwork, they often become selfish and only try to show individual skills rather than teamwork.

The FA Cup is Chelsea's only hope at the moment, and to be honest, I say they are also very likely to fail, maybe against Leeds United later they can still qualify for the quarter-finals, but in the quarter-finals, they will face a more difficult match, because there are still 10 teams from the EPL competing, where they also have the opportunity to reach the quarter-finals and maybe become Chelsea opponents later if they successfully beat Leeds United.
Against Leeds United, Chelsea is clearly the favorite and they should be able to overcome this opponent well because failure will only make this team look bad because they certainly have no chance of winning the title and that has happened in the last two seasons.

Yeah it's a big joke if Chelsea is focus in FA Cup, they didn't even have faced a strong clubs, so we can't say anything with their performance in FA Cup. If he refers to Aston Villa as the reason to say Chelsea is focus in FA Cup, he forget if Aston Villa is failing and now can only win against mediocre clubs.

Looking at the match in this week, I'd say it's not worth to watch because we already know the results of every matches.

I do not agree with this because currently we have all top teams in this event with just Arsenal and Aston Villa missing which mean it's never been easy for the Chelsea to have this event into their pocket now after Liverpool's win in EFL Cup things are going more interesting because they are trying their best for having as many cups in this season with best farewell for the outgoing Jürgen Klopp who is going to leave this club at the end of this season and Manchester City which is struggling into Premier League also trying their best for having this cup.

In presence of these teams, Chelsea which is already struggling badly and having no chance for ending into top six also having no chance for win this FA Cup in this season they have to prepare for the next season which may be good for them if they keep this coach for another season.

clearly chelsea is most serious in the FA cup. because the team is rich with a large transfer budget and many star players have joined chelsea. and the FA cup is the only title that chelsea can still get. in the league chelsea has been scattered far in the standings table chasing the top 4 is just difficult, what else is the champion.

FA Cup continues this week with three matches starting tomorrow, and
Manchester City and Liverpool are biggest favorites to win this competitions, but Chelsea won FA Cup 8 times, and Man United 12 times.

I really like the odds on Leeds and they are in very good form in Championship, I think there is value betting on them with asian handicap.
Chelsea is missing many players and even if they win it wont be with big goal difference.
Brave among us can even try more risky bet, but I am always going with safer option.

First of all, Chelsea have been a huge disappointment for 2 years. Todd Boehly must have spent around 1 billion euros but still no success. 

They are able to do better in tournaments such as the EFL Cup and FA Cup at least. But I still can't find them convincing enough to fight back against strong big teams. We have all seen their desperate look against Liverpool recently. Probably Liverpool will beat them again in the final stage of the EFL Cup too. I expect another season without a single title for Chelsea.

Considering the performances we've seen from Aston Villa ahd Chelsea since the start of the current campaign, I don't think I'm the only who was surprised by not just the result of the English FA Cup game between Aston Villa and Chelsea yesterday at the Villa Park but also the performance of the away team.
I don't want to believe that Chelsea's impressive performance of yesterday can not be sustained going forward and if the manager of the club Mauricio Pochentino can take lessons from the tactical approach of the game, I think the club will have a good ending to the season.

I was the one who said there was no chance for Aston Villa to score a goal in the remaining time of the match which was very close to FT, Villa was able to score 1 goal back even though it didn't mean anything to Aston Villa.
The quality of Villa's game is not that bad. During the match they were able to balance Chelsea's game, but Aston Villa were poor in finishing.

Some people's initial estimates were that it would not be easy for Chelsea to win at Villa Park because Chelsea's consistency was in doubt. In the end, what happened was that Aston Villa couldn't do anything when Chelsea went crazy in front of the Aston Villa supporters who filled Villa Park.

There is a clear favorite team in most matches here.
Newcastle, Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool shouldn't have a problem advancing to the next stage.
Coventry City, Bournemouth and Manchester United should normally be able to pass. Meanwhile I will not be surprised if one of them fail to do it.
Wolverhampton and Brighton might be challenging since both teams performances aren't far from each others. I can't decide for the moment which team might win but I tends to support Brighton

I am always trying to with safer option when betting on underdogs, and I was right today.

I knew Bristol could hold on and compete with Nottingham, and they lost only after penalty series.

Chelsea surprised me against Aston Villa, they won easily and now we know all pairs in next round of FA Cup played in the end of this month.
Newcastle have a good chance to progress against average Blackburn, but they had some issues with away matches this season.

Chelsea is a more serious team in the FA cup than in their premier league where they have lost so many games they were expected to win, games that their losses made the supporters of the club begin to demand the sack of the new manager of the club. Aston Villa are strong this season, and for Chelsea to defeat them by three goals will give the owners of Chelsea some kinf of solace that they are still making the right decision keeping the coach with the team. Good win for Chelsea, it is just bad that they still have not yet been able to stop themselves from conceding most times when they are about to record a clean sheet from a brilliant performance.

Aston Villa ended up getting a goal against Chelsea at the last minute of the game, or, should I say, in the extra minutes of the game, which ended up with a score of 1-3. Chelsea's performance in today’s game was unexpected because everyone thought that Aston Villa would win Chelsea, which proved us wrong. The game was tough for both teams because their performances were almost the same, but Chelsea tried their best to meet up and be among the last 16 of this season, so I will say a big congratulations to Chelsea for meeting up with the last 16.

Although Chelsea's success in the last 16 was due to goals from Conor Gallagher, who won the first goal in the first 11 minutes; Nicolas Jackson, who also won the second goal with a header; and lastly, Enzo Fernández, who scored an unremarkable goal with a free kick, this brings Chelsea's success to the round of 16. Kudos to all players and nice performance from Chelsea.

I think Aston Villa will beat Chelsea because at Stamford Bridge, Aston Villa was able to hold Chelsea to a draw without scoring a single goal.
I was late and didn't have time to place a bet on this match. Yesterday I analyzed that I would bet on a draw on 1x2 because I was sure both of them would try to score a goal from the first minute of the match.

0-3 is not the result Aston Villa wanted. Of course, it would surprise the public if Aston Villa was unable to score a single goal against Chelsea.
