Currently City are 3rd in the premier league and they are to face real Madrid in the Champions league and anything can happen. So this cup is one of their surest way to end the season with a trophy.

The quarter final round in the FA Cup is played in only one leg so the teams will need to be extra careful. I wonder how many of these matches will end up with extra time or even with penalty shootouts. Maybe Chelsea - Leicester?

In the last round Chelsea eliminated Leeds by a last minute goal. Who knows maybe they might have more difficulties in this one.

Anyways the most interesting match is Manchester United - Liverpool to me. Both teams have been dealing with injuries but the injury list is scarier for Liverpool. Sad

However I'm still thinking of placing a bet on Liverpool to win. I wish Klopp rested Salah in the Sparta Prague match though but one way or another Liverpool can still be victorious.

I think it is possible for Wolves to claim that they will win because Wolverhampton will maintain their prestige if they lose at Molineux Stadium against Coventry, who are on a different level.

Manchester City vs Newcastle United. If it really becomes a match that is focused on without the option of winning and qualifying or not being a problem, including playing players who have never played in the main squad, then Manchester City will win.
If Newcastle doesn't prioritize the FA Cup, there will be no chance of lifting the trophy.
This is a difficult match.

Very interesting matches are played in FA Cup Sunday, but I think we could see one surprise result tomorrow and win of the underdog.
Newcastle will have to play at their best against Man City that won FA cup last season, but with this odds I can only look for Haaland scoring.
Coventry is one of the two teams from Championship that made it so far in FA Cup and I think they can compete with Wolves that have some injured players, so both teams to score looks interesting.

As for me i did not expected Chelsea to found the game so challenging against Leeds before they should won the game, especially considering Chelsea fielded their entire squad. Leeds is team competing in the Championship league, so I didn't anticipate them being as formidable as teams in the Premier League. Despite this, Chelsea put in a great effort to secure a win, even in the dying minutes of the match. If Chelsea had been in better form, Leeds might not have had the opportunity to push them so hard. I couldn't help but wonder how different the outcome might have been if it had been Manchester City playing against Leeds instead of Chelsea. In that scenario, Leeds might not have had as many opportunities to pose a threat and potentially upset the game.

For Manchester United against Liverpool its a tougher game than we all can imagine, Liverpool though has Injured players right now and would be happy if some of them might have found ways back from Injury.
Erik Ten Hag feels that Manchester United winning the Fa Cup Competition this season is very mandatory.

What's difficult for me to predict would be between Newcastle United and Manchester City. Majority would be backing Manchester City bait how well can they continue.

Seriously, Chelsea tried in the match. After Leed scored their early goal, I gave up on Chelsea to win the match, but I was just surprised to see the way Chelsea struggled till the ending of the match and they were able to get the win they wanted. They scored their last goal in 90 minutes by Gallagher, which gave them a win in the match. Chelsea will be playing against Leicester City in their next match. Seriously, the match won’t be an easy one for them, but let’s see how it goes for Chelsea. They should be able to win the match also, but Chelsea is full of surprises.

There is no doubt this was one of the best from the Liverpool kids because before match I was feeling nervous for them and having mind most chances we will have this match ended in extra time or penalties, but they have done good job and win this match without any big trouble which is impressive work now they are going to Old Trafford where things could be more heated up because now Manchester United is also looking for the spot into last four and this could be the toughest challenge for the both teams.

I am feeling only Manchester City is having their spot into last four with all other three games are going to be interesting because all teams are having good performance and any team can perform good on match day for the win and going to Wembley for the semifinal.

Manchester United struggled against Forest because it almost got to the last minute that they were able to get their first goal, but since they won the match, it was a good one for the team, even though Forest are not that strong in terms of performance as Manchester United, but they almost got to a draw if not for Casemiro, who had a goal in the 89th minute.

Nothing surprising with the results, just like I predicted all big clubs will win the match, probably Brighton vs Wolves is an exception, but for me both of them are mediocre clubs even though Brighton looks bigger than Wolves.

I'm really surprised Liverpool can win with big margins by using academy players, they have a good mentality.

I heard the goal is pretty similar to VVD's goal against Chelsea but was ruled out. Inconsistency is still a major issue and the fact that interpretation can differ makes people upset most of the time. I believe we need to improve the transparency of the decision-making and change rules so that interpretation is not that broad. You can apply the same argument to argue the goal shouldn't stand if you take the VVD goal as the basis to judge it, and vice versa. That being said, Liverpool vs Manchester United is definitely more interesting compared to Liverpool vs Nottingham Forest for neutrals.

It is not like he has a choice anyway, with so many senior players being injured. I would not be surprised if the FA Cup is probably not their priority which is why he can freely play his youth team with no burden at all. It is a blessing in disguise I guess, giving confidence and experience for these young players so that they can improve as quickly as possible. I don't even know half of the players that played last night. Not sure if anyone will stay (other than Bradley or Danns) if senior players are coming back though, a loan is likely the preferred option if game time is the goal. This round of FA Cup is completed and we are moving to Quarter Finals in next month with four interesting matches.
This is a great success for Wolves and Coventry, one of this teams will play in semi-finals this season!
Coventry and Leicester are only two clubs from EFL Championship to make it so far in FA Cup.
Whatever happens this is very good season for Leicester as they are currently first place in Championship.
