Brighton will need a miracle to beat Manchester United in the semi finals of the English FA cup this season. Manchester United are on fire at the moment they have not so regular players who can still help the club in the FA cup and from the look of things they're gonna play in this season's final Wembley

Manchester City's Erling Haaland is the the nightmare of big defenders in Europe at large. Sheffield United will also need a miracle to oust the Manchester City. I would be very surprised not to see the two Manchester clubs in the FA cup final this season.
The Brighton vs Manchester United match will be very easy to analyze and also the Sheffield United vs Manchester City match and the results of the match will be very easy to predict and who will come out as the winner.

Ideally the FA Cup final will be filled by the Manchester duo, when viewed from the opportunities and the team they will face in the semifinals, moreover the Manchester United duo are currently in perfect game form. So it is very impossible for both of them not to reach the final.

I'm not sure what Fulham's coach did to get a red card,
He was interfering with the referee while checking to see if Willians block was handball, he must have said some offensive words to the official from anger that warranted the red card.

but what Mitrovic did was such a stupid thing! I know that adrenalin builds up in this kind of situations but no player should ever be allowed to push a referee like that. His ban will probably be a lengthy one.
Some individuals can easily loose control, they were made that way. Mitrovic may not have had the intention to push the official, but out of anger may not have known when he added pressure. Bruno Fernandes had a similar incident but was not sent off. Officials have justified this saying Mitrovic's push was more aggressive than Fernandes's own. Mitrovic's ban as well as Willian will really affect the club.

If you watch Premier league than you know Mitrovic can have a temper like many guys coming from that part of Europe but he is not known for getting many red cards.
Now they are saying he is facing ten match ban so maybe he wont be able to play in Fulham for the rest of the season!
I don't think Fulham can go to relegation zone in Premier league but this is a big blow and they can say adios to dreams of getting in some European competition now.
Manchester against Brighton will not be easy match win for Man United, but I expect they will push for final to save this season.

In the Fulham loss the player I pitty most was Williams. The 34yrs old played the football with all his strength and might. He was practically seen running from post to post and he got some few important shots on target but David De Gea saved them.
Although his red card was deserving but Mitrovic acted so unprofessional and that was why he was booked.
Checking the severity of the offence of pushing ref, you don't dare a referee that gave a red card and still holding the red card in his hands.
The FA will take significant action against Aleksandar Mitrovic, the striker of Fulham. He would be subject to a protracted match suspension after acting violently towards Kavanagh Chris during the match against United at Old Trafford. However, Mitrovic was upset because Willian who happens to be a crucial player in the game and also a big threat to manchester united, received a straight red card for preventing Jadon Sancho's shot from crossing the goal line, and that his coach, Marco Silva, received the same punishment for protesting to the red card. Manchester United turned the game around with complete dominance, as the scoreboard read 3-1 in favor of the red devils after Kavanagh Chris sent off three cottagers in less than 30 seconds. However it was quite embarrassing and humiliating to watch Fulham been punished by the red devil's because they were outnumbered.

@borovichok the FA has formally charged him and the head coach, which can only mean one think i.e. both will be given a lengthy ban which will probably be announced in coming days. Lastly I feel that the FA will be justified in issuing a long ban, because player’s and coaches cannot be allowed to get away after misbehaving with the referee as it could set an wrong example.

Willian's red card is also deserved as he deliberately stopped the ball from entering a goal with his hand. That's another thing why I can't understand Mitrovic's reaction.

When you have a team that basically got used to scoring and playing amazing without a striker like Haaland, and then you add someone like that, things suddenly become so much easier for you, like it's somehow cheating without actually cheating. Think about it, it's like basically running at a very high altitude which lacks oxygen, and then start to compete at lower altitude, you would have a lot more oxygen compared to everyone else.

City already won so much without Haaland, what was it 10 cups in 6 years or something? That's without a proper striket at all, and now they have Haaland, a guy who scored about 40-50 goals already, that's basically the best they could have ever hoped for.

Also a Manchester finale would be the perfect ending for this tournament, but despite Haaland goal scoring theatrics I would yet pick my favourite club Manchester United to beat City because I believe that Ten Hag would come up with a tactical plan to restrain Haaland and beat City.

As you've stated, it won't be easy. Manchester City is currently playing better than Manchester United, and a final between the two will favor Manchester City. I'm not trying to downplay Manchester United because they've been doing well in the league as well, but it's clear that Manchester City is a step ahead of them. A final between them will be entertaining to watch, so I'm hoping for one soon.
We can definitely say that Man City are the favorite to win it based on the odds and their performance so far, but a final is played differently, you never know what could happen, Manchester United can win the final if they face Man City, we've seen them play better against big teams and in cups so far, so I wouldn't miss a chance to bet on the possibility of them winning.

Manchester City is as good as possible, the rotations in the midfield are exactly as they should be. Halaand finds the ball in front of him in any way and turns the high percentage of passes into goals. As such, the team was a complete goal machine. Fulham - Manchester United match is currently in progress Fulham scored a goal in the second half if they can keep the score further it will be a clean win for Fulham.
The role of the midfield players is very large for Halaand to achieve consistency in scoring goals at this time. If you pay attention, almost all of the goals he scored came from passes from midfielders and other players, so that Halaand only needed one to two touches before scoring. Haaland is in a very good team and a lot of support has been provided by his team-mates in reaching the number of goals he has scored for Manchester City.

Manchester United's match was going so hard, Fulham had the lead at the start of the second half, but unfortunately the red cards received by Willian, Mitrovic and the coach made Fulham unable to keep pace with Manchester United's game, so that Bruno Fernandes and Marcel Sabitzer succeeded in bringing United through to the next round.

Obviously Mitrovic is a professional. that game Fulham were clearly the better team until that incident. Before the red card Man United weren't that good. Yes, that's right, the way Fulham handled the situation was so unprofessional it was ridiculous. It was a clear penalty. There's no doubt. But the way Mitrovic and Coach Fulham reacted were ridiculous and exaggerated.

With this victory, Manchester United has the opportunity to get 3 trophies this season, Carabao Cup (already got), FA Cup and UEFA Europa League.

I think all football fans really want the FA CUP Final to be the Manchester Derby, because obviously it will be a suitable final match and very interesting to look forward to. But I think if that final happens I'm sure Man City will win the match considering that Man City's game has been very dangerous lately, especially since Halaand's development so far continues to threaten every opponent.

If I compare the two teams' performances in the Premier League, I  also think Manchester City has more advantages than Manchester United. But I will say this is another competition call FA, so it always hard to predict which team will win especially when it two strong teams meeting. So the but team have good advantages of winning the games, this really reminds me of the last term Chelsea won the champion league and they were not as good as Manchester City that season, so that same season Leicester met with Chelsea in the FA final and won Chelsea that was better than them that season, let's just wait for that day I see what will happen because any team look so strong when they make it to the final.

Funny enough they should get to the final first. Both teams have not qualified for the final yet. Yes, they're both the favourite for the final but let's not get ahead of ourselves. We know how how these things are, Man City can even be knocked out by a smaller team, that's how these things work. The favorites of winning a competition is not always the winner of the competition.
A Manchester derby will actually be the most interesting because it will be very unpredictable but Manchester City would still be favorite but like I said, the favorite is not always the winner.

On paper Manchester City will always be favourites to win this tie anytime any day ,but I must admit despite that Liverpool b*tt whooping I think United have shown they have the resilience in them and anybody standing in their way will have to win it against the Red devils.

Many goals were scored in the quarter final games of FA Cup. All games ended up with 4-6 goals being scored. Regarding the draw for the semi final matches, I think that City has a better fixture and Sheffield shouldn't be a problem for them.
For ManU, well their game will be vs Brighton which isn't an easy opponent. I believe it is early to talk about games that will start in a month but FA Cup seems to end up in Manchester this season.
Brighton will certainly not go down without a fight especially that they have come this close to win a trophy and are only 2 games away from making this happen..United need to do their homework for this one.
But I suppose a Manchester final is what we are all expecting which is this most probable final ATM.

The FA Cup could end with the Manchester derby.  As such, the final seems to end much more excitingly.  Manchester United may have won at the end of the match, but red cards took the lead.  Manchester United and Manchester City final would be interesting.  One of the top contenders for the UCL title, the other UEL.  The winning team will be like the super cup winner.

he only reacted because he felt wronged by the referee but the referee's reaction was even more surprising, what he did was not new where many players have done the same thing, you have to remember how B. Fernandes pushed the line judge when his team lost to Liverpool but he didn't get any warning. A professional player sometimes can act unprofessional if he sees his team being harmed but he forgets that his attitude makes his team even more disadvantaged, if he can act more calmly Man United will find it difficult to win and this match might go through extra time or even a penalty shootout, and the referee's decision favored Man United.

If you look at the result, it seems like an easy enough win for United. They were a bit lucky though, it was a penalty but you rarely see 2 straight red cards being given in 30 seconds.

The draw has been completed as well, City is hosting Sheffield and United is playing away at Brighton.

I'm really rooting for Brighton, they deserve something out of this season. They have been playing fantastic football.

Three red cards in 30 seconds. The handball and Willian red card were well deserved, but I have no idea why the coach and Mirovic were booked, the coach could have said something but I think the ref was carried away by emotions, what Mitrovic did was a yellow card offence and not a red card offence, we have seen a worse situation before and no one was booked for it. Ronaldo and Messi pushed officials numerous times and were only given yellow cards in a few instances. The ref's officiating was bad; he ruined the game for Fulham, who would have won if it hadn't been for the bookings.

Manchester United 0 -1 Fulham and the match and far spend.
Three successive red cards for Willian for stopping the ball from Sancho that was going into the goal and Mitrovic for confrontation on the referee and the Fulham coach. Bruno Fernandez scores from a penalty kick and then few minutes later Manchester United (Sabitzer) scores again from a good assist from Luke Shaw.

Things turned around really quick for Fulham, Mitrovic should never have confronted the referee, he ruined any chance that Fulham would have had of trying to find balance.

These Red cards will affect them in the premier league as it is a domestic competition.

The penalty wasn't worth giving though, maybe some of the red card should stand and as you've said I concur, they're going to be affected for lossing those player's booked for three games each. Manchester United in anyway qualified for the next level. The thing is that, it has nothing to do with Manchester United, most officials are not up to the task lately.

Manchester City are winning in style, yesterday Erling Haaland scored another three goals which made it eight goals in two games, that was impressive, he settled down so fast in the premier league. Erling Haaland already got 42 goals generally this season. 50+ goals was my prediction before the start of the season, man is a goal machine.
the officials was at their best in the game, Fulham team was not in their best behaviour that is why they  get booked by the red cards. congratulation to manchester united for qualifying to the semi final.

Haaland cant be stop he is at his best form, manchester city is just a best team for him. no striker will feature in this team and not don what Haaland is going. the city team are a complete team. and Haaland fit in so quickly.
