I do not know how the bounty system was before but as I see yes so many people take part in the bounties, and projects are not that good enough to have a good future, so you are right
In my opinion, Bounty will not end because the development of Cryptocurrency is very rapid.

If fewer and fewer projects are involved, then I think the bounty campaign will be less and less. But the cryptocurrency market is too young to reduce the number of new projects. There are always new projects coming up regardless of time. Because everyone wants a piece of cake in a potential market.
Too many people are involved in the bounty, but there are a lot of projects, try to find a good project with a small number of participants you will get much more money.
There are many options for solving problems in bounty companies. One of them is the limitation of the number of participants. And so the development of events indicates that the number of participants will only increase.
We can really assured if the ICO bounty works well in the long run. But with the great development team members enough experiences in developing such bounty we can really feel that the projects being develop by them will be succeesful at the end. And it depends by the development team members to limit the number of bounty participants inorder for them to manage well.
Yeah mostly bounty are shit and some of them are a scam, I saw many projects are a scam even their participants they did not pay in the right amount of token some are missing. Two years is too long for bounty project that exist from the date token launched in the market, most I found out that it only runs 5 to 6 months the price was down and become a shit. That was I have observed in some ICO's project, especially their telegram community was very quiet.
Actually not all the bounty campaign was going to be a scam ill think it depends to the owner or founder of the project that they need to stop of the bounty maybe not enough investor to invest of there project. But they have sometime was to limited of the participants maybe budget was not able to exact to given. 
This issue has been discussed many times, and bounties will not die because bounty is the least costly and most effective way to promote ICO. If bounty dies, then ICO must advertise through TV commercials. The price is huge.

I think this is not the end of bounty. Because this is the only way for the people through as advertised in their projects. As with ICO's beautiful more involved here. So for me not yet finish this bounty.
No I doubt bounty will ever end, not while ICOs are popular anyway. It's a good way for them to get advertising without the upfront cost.
I dont think bounties can end soon. they will continue till icos find an alternative and more effective way to advertise their projects. nowadays especially social media and bitcointalk forum is very effective for advertisements.

I also believe that the generosity of the campaign will continue, and accordingly new projects will appear. Participants will not be much more, as with the new system of dignity, a new rank is almost impossible to get, and the junior member will not get many bets.
The number of bounty participants are really really increasing.And for this reason, the amount of tokens one can earn in a bounty is very small.I think it will be very good if bounty managers begin to limit the number of participants in each campaign.
Of course I support the idea of regulating the number of participants in the bounty. But it is beneficial only to the bountyhunters and is not profitable for ICO projects.
As of now, bounty campaigns are getting hyped day-by-day. It is okay when we join a bounty campaign that is not capped. But when in terms of receiving the reward for that campaign you participated, you have a big change of only getting low rewards. For me, capped bounty campaign is still best, in terms of getting more rewards. But you have to make sure to keep an eye for the limited bounty campaigns in order to get the reserved slot.
