I don't think that the end of bounty is coming, it's still rather popular with many people who participate and earn money on it. It's true that some bounties are scams but if you make sure that you DYORed their project and team, you'll be alright. I'd recommend concentrating your efforts on finding a good bounty to restore your faith in the concept.
well what i m seeing now, the with level of new comers in blockchain is no limited because everyday by day people flood in cryptoworld so this will make some project not wasting time promote there products on the social medias. now my contribution are like " they reduced the extensions bounty programs maximum 3 to 4 weeks as new members trooping in to participate in the bounty program. secondly for the paid to get high, they have to reduce the numbers of participants and wen the numbers is reach the google form should be cloosed.
Currently, there are a huge number of ICO projects. Of course, we all understand that half of these projects are either Scam or just very weak projects that nobody needs. But now there are at least such projects. What will be in a year, when the ICO every day will be less and less until it reaches the point that one project per month will be released? For many bounty is a waste of time because scammers collect money using ICO. I think that soon the amount of bounty will decrease but payment can be guaranteed
