probably because many countries are issuing regulations regarding the prohibition of using cryptocurrency to transact in the country and the result of negative news about cryptocurrency that emerged recently.
Yes this time all coins are now down because of many reasons and news but don't panic if you have ETH then hold it if not then it's a good time to invest in ETH or other coin.

Electronic market is trending downward. ETH too! I think the reason ETH is down is due to the psychology of the player. Once they stop buying, the daily trading will decrease rapidly.
I think etherium fall that time because of dump of Eos, but in future etherium still will be strong, because eos is still too green to become etherium killer.
who knows what causes Ethereum prices to drop so quickly not only ethhereum but all coins have a considerable decrease, whether this will continue to decline.

It's not the fall of ethereum. It's just how it goes. It pumps and dumps. Last year ethereum was at all time high and people were saying "Is ethereum the new bitcoin?", "Will ethereum be the number one cryptocurrency in the future?" and many more that are in favor of ethereum. Let us understand that it will not always be that way. There will be times of dump and that is inevitable because the whole market is volatile.

all of us thinking the reason behind this is demand and the time. not only the etherium but also the all altoins affected with this even bitcoin. the season that currently give us a lot of profit also the reason because of of that huge increase now it makes in this month and for the next month a lot decrease on price. Im sure Ethereum will come back to its original price and give as a profit again.
I think the ethereum follows the friction of BTC getting FUD.

The fall in Ethereum prices is due to the huge impact of the stock market, which has caused the exchange rate of the entire market to decline rapidly in recent times. It is normal for the exchange rate of Ethereum to fall. You should hold and wait until the moment the exchange rate rebounds completely.
There is no specific reason for this, it is just following the normal market trend, alot of people are pulling out of most of these tokens and not just Ethereum, it is the top coins in the space, the trend will change when we actually bottom out, but no one seems to know when that will be
In general, it is certain that the fall of Ethereum is related for what happened to Bitcoin ( crisis ) and until now, nothing important has been achieved and on the contrary, the situation has worsened, and unfortunately, the current price of Ethereum in a total decline.
Furthermore, IMO it is difficult that this big drop will end soon (few days), maybe it will last for few months. So we must deal with this bad event in a good way like, investing a large amount in Ethereum, because it is expected that after some period, the market will return to the rise.

Plus, I guess that when the price will decrease to less than $ 5000 and Ethereum to $ 300, then the whales will make a big pump on the market, and after that Bitcoin will rise in a fast way and it will reach to more then 12K and Ethereum to $ 1200 or more.

I think the reason for the fact that Bitcoin has fallen in price and the prices for all Altcoins have fallen as a consequence, now there is a very strong dependence between the prices for Bitcoin and other coins
not only ethereum, this is the mid of this year so thats why market shows -tive on every single coin. might be it is waiting for some big bulls put money in it for bullish run like last year hope for the good and be calm do not panic.
Now the whole market has failed, it's hard to say what it's connected with, perhaps for manipulating some players with Bitcoin
The truth is that I do not really understand Ethereum's plummeting fall, my way of thinking about the price drops is due to several things, including the many negative problems with the cryptocurrency, and there is a tendency for the prices of almost all the currencies are low.
When the whole market is plummeting there is no reason for searching the cause in Ethereum itself. It's a healthy process which just needs some time.
ETH is in red just like all other coins including bitcoins. I will still say that it a good choice because:
1) Which coin do you think will be benefited the most of bitcoin gets vanished in future ? It will be ETH, you can make huge profit in that case.
2) The use of ETH as a payment medium is on high rise. It is faster and has less fees , then why will anyone use BTC.
