Their are lot of reason that who is sathoshi and why he disappeared, whether he is single person or multi hands have helped bitcoin for construction and development of it. And it is also a reason of main success of bitcoin as the developer is not their and the coin holded are in wallet safely.
If satoshi appears his life will be at risk because government will go after him so is better the way it is to enable bitcoin achieve it's goal
If Satoshi Nakamoto decides to appear, it will put more pressure on Bitcoin because people know he's out there. The government will hunt him down and force him to do things that will destroy Bitcoin. It's better for him not to reveal his true identity. Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? ...
I think Shatoshi is a genius. He created the world's first cryptanalysis. He changed the lives of so many people. Shatoshi deserves great rewards. I think he is holding a lot of bitcoins. Shatoshi is the richest man in the world.
I hardly believe that a single person is behind the whole BTC project and Satoshi may be the name of a team...I don't think that something will be revealed about it soon.
I think it is fine for Satoshi to keep hid identity concealed. Bitcoin did well after a decade of us not knowing who he really is. His identity not being revealed did not hamper the development of bitcoin, we saw that bitcoin kept progressing even without the founder at sight. And the future of bitcoin ain't going bleak as well. So for me it is not necessary that Satoshi reveal his true identity.

As much as I'd like to know the name of this brilliant man, it would be much better if he continued to hide his name and citizenship. And for the creator himself, and for the technology itself, it is better if no one ever learns this information.
I don't think this will increase the credibility of bitcoin. But if this person reveals his identity, he can be put under a lot of pressure and show too much attention to him. I don't think he needs it,which is why he's hiding his identity.
I think this will break the idea of bitcoin decentralization. Therefore, the creator of bitcoin did absolutely right that hid his identity. Besides, it might not be safe for him.

Founder bitcoin very smart, he invented bitcoin and created anonymous mode for investors. I believe the bitcoin founder is keeping a large amount of bitcoin and thanks to his anonymous function, he can evade taxes from the government.
I do not understand, if Satoshi is still alive, why does he not manifest himself ? He must keep private keys of at least the first million bitcoins he created. This is a good enough reason to return yourself from the "dead".
