I think the future of the cryptocurrency family is already decided and that is, it will continue to grow despite anything that comes its way, this can be seen from past bear markets which were much bad but yet here we are. Also, you can't compare fiat to cryptocurrency because there is a huge difference among them; it is easy for countries to provide fiat for their citizens because they have rulers but such is not the case with the cryptocurrency family as there is no one you can ask that from. Nevertheless I think in our own little ways lets present a good image of what crypto is all about while giving a good knowledge of it when it arises.
We are not separate from rest of the world so obviously most of us will do whatever we can to help people that can include giving more time or ask for less amount from the people that owe us money, send food parcels to the needy and also help people with sanitization products so that they can keep thenselves safe from this virus.
Things like you said it is the duty of the local government to protect its people to stay safe from the corona virus at this time, so that it is not so mandatory for ordinary people like us, because we can only channel all the help we have from home to the government, then the government will deliver the assistance to those in need.

The global market suffers big losses but I'd never think that this will be the end of crypto. We are giving more concerned about the price and this is the reason also why it gives your fear and the will possibly drag you into becoming a panic seller instead. Maybe this time, we may take this aside and we have to prioritize first our health. The market will recover later and I stand to believe this. This is not the end of crypto but this situation will pave the way of crypto adoption. As paper money is identified as potential means of transport for the virus, people will look for potential options that can replace their paper money transactions and lessen the contact as much as possible. The problem is that it is impossible to send any food parcels as my country is in complete lock down situation as the death toll keeps on increasing on a daily basis and my reserves will run out soon and i believe that is the case with many in my area, the government is taking steps to provide that, when it comes to the market it will recover but these are hard times for everyone. The world is not just moving towards a health crisis but it is also moving towards a major financial crisis. The entire fiat market is resetting itself. If you look at any major stock market around the world, you will see only red everywhere. Cryptos should have provided a safe heaven during this time, but it also seems to follow the same trend more or less. So at this moment, nothing is really safe. The world is experiencing more than just a health issue but also a financial issue as we can see, the world market is taking a huge hit as people are selling off to fiat so as to be on the better and safer side therefore meeting up with personal needs. Fiat is associated with the government and therefore it is easy for them to make promises to the citizens. In the crypto space, it is different as everyone is for himself, that is, some are holding bitcoin, others are for altcoins like ETH while some are in stablecoins, each of these category of holders believes in what they are holding. So I think the best thing to do now as a user in the crypto space is to stick to whatever coin or coins you believe, if in doubt then stablecoin is a good way to start.

No one in the crypto space will mint more coins for what is presently happening. At the time this pandemic was almost spreading out, some exchanges, such as Binance and others rose up to assist some of the places that were affected, most especially with fiat. Perhaps crypto was converted to fiat for that purpose
Also, I see that some scammers are already developing projects to setal funds from people in the form of donation, calling the project Corona blabla. These are all lies. We know their tactics and that is how they come around to take advantage of situations like this.
Those with good hearts in the cryptospace, whether as individuals or as a group are already doing what they can to assist and I think we should give kudos to them and appreciate them for their kind gestures.
Stock market has crashed, and good thing it wasn't that too bad especially for BTC like it went downwards to 4k last year. We're also heading to a financial problems, regardless if it is an individual or even the whole country itself.
