Cryptocurrency is right now at a valuation approaching 400 billion USD which is greater than the GDP of many counties even in Europe, also the world is moving towards a pace for complete democracy in the form of governments or in the capital sector, considering Ethereum is decentralized currency it will dominate the future.

I believe Ethereum is one of the most promising and necessary coins for the crypto community. He has a huge capitalization and Ethereum is needed by almost everyone. I have a simple idea. If the market continues to fall, I will sell all my altcoins and buy Ethereum. Because the price of Ethereum will rise anyway.
A lot of new ICOs are based on ERC-20 (Ethereum) and Ethereum is TOP 2 coin in coinmarketcap. I think Ethereum can overtake bitcoin but need a lot of year for Ethereum can overtake bitcoin.
My opinion, Ethereum has good opportunities to get ahead. This crypto currency is very well developed in the crypto-currency market. Therefore, I can assume that we will see good growth of ethereum in 2018-2019

As I can see, ETH has not got its highest price and its top as well. So ETH will increase as long as BTC have been improving I think. ETH has a large potential for progress.
I think in the future Ethereum will consolidate its leadership position and become the main platform for the implementation of smart contracts. Of course, etherium team has yet to solve many technical issues, but no one doubts the success of their result.
ETH was built with the future in mind and many developers will keep deploying their projects on the ETH blockchain. Yeah, I am agree that Eth have a great future and that it is most promissing project, but I do not think that completely switching to it is a good idea, cause BTC still leads the market

Ethereum is still very promising in the future, but it should improve its weaknesses as there are many projects with promising advances such as NEO, EOS, ADA, and ICX. I still believe in good growth for ethereum in the next few years. The value of Ethereum is also influenced by bitcoin, so it is prudent to monitor Bitcoin prices before moving to ethereum.
