I don't think that paper money will gone in due time.as we all know it exist hundreds of years and it will not be replaceable of any digital currency that some people using this modern world.Perhaps the users of digital currency like bitcoin are people that who know how to use cryptocurrency and it is small percentage that who are using the current paper money.

Money will always exist as long as it is being issued by the government and been distributed by banks... Besides banks might produce a digital form of it, cards and ATM, credit cards, are a form of it... For sure, money will exist along side with bitcoin even on digital times, except if government would remove paper moneys in the circulation...  Smiley
Correct paper money is always exist even digital currency will be more popular in the future still paper money was very useful specially for those people who can not access the decentralize currency because they do not have any gadgets to access the wallet.

I think future of paper currency is still long because many people don't even know what crypto currency do, so first we must promote crypto currency.

It's been so many years and yet under 20 million people heard about Bitcoin or used it. However, it'll take way less time for the number to double because of the pyramidal scheme: the more people there are interested in it, the more people will hear about it. Yes, we gotta make Bitcoin heard about but that will take a few more years. However, when it'll become a big thing, governments will do something about it.
I think most of the online people already heard about bitcoin but majority of them are not interested especially the business minded person. IMO, traders are benefiting on the existence of bitcoin because they can trade without limits and as well as their earnings will do. In addition, gambling industry are also booming but people who are attracted to bitcoin is only a small portion of the total population in the world who uses paper money so the answer is already obvious, paper money will live long.. Although we are entering an age where everything has its digital version, I don't see the paper money being obsolete. It is still nice to have physical forms of money. The increasing transaction counts using digital money and online payment has reduced the need to bring cash but there are still things that are better off being paid by paper money.
yeah I think that although credit cards or online payment methods or other digital rampant someday. I think that paper money will always be useful and valuable, no mind to replace paper money into digital form, may be the same as today, digitally or online payment only becomes an option only in future

Of course, the use of paper money will still be practiced as there are situatio or good/services that will require a must to be transacted using paper money. No matter how civilized or advanced that the word may become, paper money will still be needed to make some forms of transaction.
Personally I disagree, payments are becoming more and more digital, just look at bitcoin and electronic currency, the tendency is that cash is disappearing, and in the future there’s a big chance that in developed countries cash will no longer exists

Within that trend, it is possible that the bitcoin will be the major global currency gradually. the price will also rise.

The bitcoin price rose year after year if you exclude the very big price bubble in later 2013 and 2014.

I don't see any risk in the future of paper money and it will always survive even in future as Government will never allow any digital currency to get on the mainstream as it can be an threat to their financial system.
I think the governments will allow the digital currency for to come to mainstream in their financial system if they found it beneficial for their state but still they will not like to finish their paper money and will keep it strong as it is their national currency.
Yup, However i think that there is going to be no paper money anymore in the far future, talking about ~200 years. By then everyone probably knows how the technology of today works, If bitcoin is still around by then it would become alot more valuable probably.
that's looking way ahead there dude. for me, in the next couple of decades, paper money would still be the main currency that people would prefer to use. digital currency may be a bit more convenient but it requires a lot, starting from internet connection and it's a but more prone to hacking and information theft. also small businesses from not so rich countries would also prefer to hold the money in their hands than transact online. we've been so used to paper money that it would be very hard to let go of it

Its difficult to say what is gonna happen with it but I think that the paper money will somehow survives but of course it will be less more used due to the fact that its all gonna be digital.
A lot of banks are already doing great vitalization their money.
but still it will take a very very long time, i think up to now not a 1 percent people of the world are using bitcoin, although people are now taking interest in online shopping but still their number is too low, and i think it will take more that hundred years to replace paper money into digital currency.

governments simply aren't interested in incorporating bitcoin. they can't deal with the fact that it is something they can't control. paper money will stay at least for another 10-20 years.
But governments and banks don’t like paper money either they will  like for you to use debit and credit cards to been able to monitor every single transaction that you make.

Even though some countries try to issue their currency as digital currency, paper money will be still alive and it will be used by people for buying goods and any other transactions.Even now in many countries, many people still dont even use credit cards. So paper currency will last forever.
Yes you are right, paper money will last forever no matter what happens.I dont know which countries try to issue their currecy as digital currency, the power of paper money is always most valued and will be valued most in the future as well.Everywhere, paper money has the value.

I totally agree with you. Paper money will long live. Many countries are not ready to part with them.
