Paper money can be plastic money LOL, I think making money is not tree consuming as before. Government had already learned to recycle used material and recreate it the same like before. Beside, there is another approach to that, there is specific trees that can be use as papers so creating paper money does not necessary mean they are cutting all the trees in the world LOL.

Anyway I agree that the money system need to evolve.

Paper money will always spike interest, I don't believe it will ever go out of date as it holds too much importance.

In all honesty there are many ways to use both paper alongside digital holdings, except paper provides value when carrying weight and has better security when held onto or when placing it into safe places.

Paper money can never disappear as you cannot expect that poor people would be having an choice of using bitcoins or credit cards for buying things and they will continue to use fiat as that is the only option that they have.

Poor people would really tend to use fiat because they already know it since in the beggining and fiat money is been used by all means on all nations and they would not switch into bitcoin for the sake of adoption because their capability to invest into bitcoin would not be substantial.

As long as there will be there will be a third world country and poverty is very high and government want to retain its status including the banking sector paper money will stay and will not be going to replace. Agree and you know even paper money didn't reached all places in the world now so it's will give worst situation if bitcoin will only be ways of payment or dealing for a person involving a money transactions.

And this is not going to make the future of paper money, because there is a chance and speculation that some government or countries are seeing to make their currency dependent on bitcoin so that is going to make bitcoin's future good and paper money to be lost.

i think there is nothing wrong with paper money, paper money is not going to disappear in near future, it will really take decades so as to change or replace bitcoin with bitcoin or any other crypto currency.

I think that papermoney will will be ban in the future since we are use them for a long time and i think its impossible and it will never happen..
Bitcoin is just alternative we cannot consider bitcoin to be use to replace our papermoney.

are you telling that people only use paper money in the future for illegal things,people who are doing illegal activities will adapt to the situation and they will find a way to keep their fund rolling,paper money will be there for decades to come and virtual currency wont replace it in near future since government spends a lot more money printing the currency and they wont withdraw that just like that.

Yup and the fact is that paper money have support from the Government and they will never allow any digital currency to replace their national currency and get on the mainstream and I think paper money will always exist.

it's actually very simple. as long as there is demand for cash money, people will keep using it on a massive scale. also, cash money is needed to transact offline as bitcoin can't offer us that option. with bitcoin you always depend on internet when sending and receiving transactions. in that regard fiat is still the leading factor when it comes to offline transactions.

This is quite true however in future paper money may only remain as guarantee for the digital currency/ crypto currency and electronic currency. Currently also majority of people use credit card and online payment service which are completely virtual form of real paper cash which are held by banks and those payment processors.
