The future of the paper money is not so good this year but its logical if you ask me because of the fact that everything is going to the digital side.
Yes, it will not destroyed but the use of paper money will be decreased a lot. But it may be needed for some limited cases.

I have been noticing lately that I don't use as much paper money as I used to. In the past, I wouldn't feel comfortable if my wallet is going low on cash. Now I prefer that I place just a small amount in my wallet and just use my debit card for most of my expenses. The future of bitcoin as a digital currency looks pretty bright if only the development continues and more people start to use it.
Using your debit card actually is very comfortable, especially when you are doing shopping in a mall, you don't need to bring a lot of cash which I would say makes our life easy and convenient when it comes to dealing with this type of transaction. On the other hand, if we can attract more merchant to adopt bitcoins then it would be very convenient for us to spend our coins only having the things we want to buy.
I could still remember, maybe about 12 years ago, my friends and I went to a tech shop to buy a brand new desktop computer. PCs during those times were still rather expensive and tablets and android were still not around. My friend having the need to bring loads of cash, had to strap them in a lot of different places, in a lot of creative ways. He put some on his socks, his briefs, his legs and I can't remember where else. With the technology we have now, those things are being avoided and there's less hassle in doing transactions. All we need to do now is bring a debit card. I would like to see myself 12 years from now shopping with a digital currency, be it bitcoin or some other alternative.
hahaha, that was a very risky way in buying a certain item, bringing cash in the public gives you an uncomfortable feeling that you might be rob, but with bitcoins nowadays, you can already but that items with just one click away. The good thing, we don't need to have to comply with so many requirements like banks do before we can transact online.

That is reality though. Imagine bringing that much money. I have done that too they are actually in a belt bag. I act like a normal walking guy buy deep inside my heart I am scared and my heart is beating so fast.
Now you could bring a credit card to make a faster transaction to buy a smartphone or other expensive things without the hassle of counting in front of the counter or getting scared in the public knowing you got a lot of money in your bag.

i agree that using debit card is much comfortable than using cash when buying things, but for me, i like
using cash when buying things it feels more satisfying when you can see your hard worked cash being use
by you. but in near future the use of digital currency will be more common than using paper money, but paper money
will still be around and will not vanish.

Good to know that technology in your country is very good. That way you wont have to bring that much money and wont think about robbery or something. If it get robbed all you need to do is close it unlike with a cash where it wont get back. No protection at all.
I hope that our country will have that incentive also.

Yeah but maybe people are not ready on digital era since mostly of us prepares to touch physical money rather digital but maybe their are others using  their credit cards for buying or do some shopping on physical store but for the fact that bitcoin would cover up physical money well this  is not the proper time since not all people know bitcoin is existing and even banks are do not accept it for now maybe if banks accept its existance maybe its a great step to have digital money era and it can be some solution eassier transaction.

Sooner more people will come to know about Bitcoin and then they will also start to use it, Banks wont start to use bitcoin as this technology is against them because if bitcoin technology they accept then they cannot charge you as they like and get transaction charges etc if they use bitcoin technology.

In my opinion Digital coin Bitcoin will get more attention when their will be more online shops for all products of life as you all told that you all are using debit or credit card for all your purchases and when you get that purchase sitting in your home or office and payment done through bitcoins that too the price for the products are check then why dont peoples in the world will start using bitcoins,

The paper money still has a good future for a while but soon or later it will indeed get replaced by the digitally world what is of course logical.
Everything will be digital in the future.

I think governments will transfer to digital money eventually but it will take a long time.  We already do many transactions without handling money with checks, credit cards, debit cards, paypal, bank drafts, etc.  It wouldn't be a huge stretch to go full into digital currency.  Unfortunately, these governments will most likely not adopt bitcoin as an official currency.

I also think they will soon or later, its just a matter of time before they will go fully digital, you even got banks that are trying to make their own coins these days.
The paper money will disappear fully.

paper money can do a lot of things in real life

i love it
so what that they can do a lot of things? it is worthless, its just paper that has worth just because the governments say that it should have worth and thats it

bitcoin is way better to be honest and i believe that paper money will be replaced by bitcoins because the worth of bitcoins are chosen by people not by the governments

The future of the paper money is not so good at this very moment because what people already said here is that everything is gonna be digital.
Due to this fact it will be very difficult for the paper money in the future.

If it's something made by the government or by banks then you should definitly know that it won't be private and they will have control of everything just like the banks right , nothing much will change .
and for what comes to the Paper money I don't think it will dissapaear , maybe on some countries yes but worldwide ?definitly not because some countries don't even use Credit cards for their transactions so ... yep
The paper money is going to continue to exist and I do not believe that it will disappear with in 20 years. Maybe later on in the future it will disappear but I am sure that it will not happen any time soon.

governments will only get rid of physical money when all people around the world have access to internet so they can have a mobile wallet which allows them to transact digitally without any problems. as long as that doesn't happen, physical money will continue to exist. and especially when it comes to third world countries. these people need it the most.

My point was just that people who think physical money can't go ahead because Bitcoin can't kill fiat are missing the possibility that paper money can go away without Bitcoin killing fiat. In all likelihood, no cryptocurrency will kill fiat, and it's also unlikely that paper money will completely disappear.
