The future of paper money is safe as I don't see any digital currency replacing paper money, and paper do not have any threat from bitcoins, as people would continue to use paper money even if they have better options available.

I heard Sweden is going to be a cashless society. So there will be no paper money there. If it is a successful experiment, it will expand to other states.

The future of paper money seems to be stable, the only thing that would affect paper money would be the inflation rate, if the inflation rate is higher then it would loose all its value and people would prefer to hold more bitcoin rather then fiat.

I do like paper money but in the future it will be gone.
The digital currency's are gonna take over the paper money.
Its just a matter of time till it will happen.

Yeah, everything gonna digital in future and people will adopt the change and get into the digital world, but paper money still will be in existence, but we would find more users of digital currency then paper money.

I think paper money it still remains.
Especially for older people, because they do not know how to handle the new money

That's true, it is difficult for older generation to accept the change, as I have seen many people who wants to get rid of even debit cards to withdraw money, they would prefer to go to bank, wait in queue and withdraw money.

I think cash will remain long existence. Because many people have that need.
Especially people in poor countries know it. Many people do not even know what Bitcoins.

Paper money or physical money has already gone but we are not accepting it because of our habits... Governments produce money digitally rather than physically...
although the government produces digital money, but people tend to prefer the real money in the form of paper, and it was at this time that it is inherent in the society from birth, so it is not possible irreplaceable

I think that all the governments will ban the paper money in a near future, after that will be' much more 'easy to spy on all the citizens movements

May be but I think bitcoin come in coin or paper to replace the fiat and moreover It will remain there in digital state. So both together It will rule the world currencies more powerful than USD.

I think the less used later.
For the world is because more and more digital.
And many people also increasingly use Bitcoin.

More and more people will enter the world of bitcoin for sure but that doesn't mean that paper money would simply disappear, it will survive till end, even if everything goes digital there will be few users who will use only paper money.

Andrew Haldane said one solution would be for the Bank of England to issue a state-backed digital currency based on bitcoin. Supporting this initiative would be a negative interest rate levied on paper currency relative to the digital currency, with these measures do you think there is more possibilities that sometime:

Paper money will be banned entirely?
How long do you think that happens?
would it work?
What security and privacy risks would it raise?
And how would public and privately issued monies interact?

Paper money will be banned entirely? no,i dont think this is gonna be happen.
How long do you think that happens? even that will happen, need more than 50 years.
would it work? not of course.
What security and privacy risks would it raise? internet and other connection will be problem.
And how would public and privately issued monies interact? they wil care, always.

That's not possible, governments will never ban paper money, if they does then it would be end of their corrupted activities, and they have control over paper money which is absent when it comes to bitcoin as a currency.
They will not ban paper money. They already uses systems of electronic payments more than that paper money. They won't  give up on practice of printing money, that's for sure!

Could be. But people will still look for something to touch trust to ourselves is far greater than trust to anything.
