But the general perception among people is the later I talked about. It is monetary benefits to a greater extent that motivates them to be part of the gambling world and make money.

Some gamblers try to use gambling games as their source of income. They are trying to make money from gambling without considering to search for another job. That will be fine if they have their luck and their skills in gambling games, but most of them have already forgotten this, and they only lose their money. I agree with you that gamble is just for fun only, and we don't need to use gamble for another reason. So the key reason for gambling here will be for fun and getting entertain.

Many here voted for profits and its ok but I think if you see gambling as another source of income, there will be a time that you will become greedy and will invest more money in gambling which is wrong. I think lets just gamble if we need some thing to make us happy. Just gamble for fun only,.

I think all of the above, although the percentage will differ in each category, we have a mixed type of personality, all I know is there are advantages and disadvantages in gambling and it is the goal of every individual and their family to make sure that they will not become addicted to gambling.

It is actually everything since gambling has a very wide scope on which it caters to, especially to individuals who have the capacity to gamble. There are two (2) kinds of individuals mostly in casinos: one looking for entertainment and the other expecting money.

The first type of gambler is usually for people who have the resource to gamble. They find the act satisfying since it provides socialization among their peers and colleagues; this type of gambler also knows their discipline throughout the game and they know their limitations.

The second type of gambler is usually the common majority shared in a casino. This is potentially dangerous especially that they are prone so succumbing to addiction. If you gamble to pay for your financial problems, expect things to spiral out of control.

Because my target is win and before I win I never leave the room and the result was I spent lots of money because of that and I felt guilty just because I never win. So, I took lots of articles about how to win the gambling and I learn more from some people who were used to get profit from foker. Finally, I realized that gambling is not about lucky only more than that I should have a strategy when I played it. And now, I use gambling as entertainment only because this way can make me aware that gambling is not a source income and I never will to make it as source income.

Only one person selected "I don't gamble", I bet non gamblers make up a large part of this section since most people are only posting here for their signature campaigns.

It really all comes down to money, although there are a few exceptions. Does the billionaire gambler need more money? No but he does it for the adrenaline rush.

People gamble from various reason and they have a different type of personality, so they differ from person to person, in my opinion, they become addicted because it becomes a habit, there are a lot of reasons why they gamble not just because they are lonely, some reasons are they just want to make money or to be entertained, we cannot classify precisely why they gamble.

One thing that keeps me active into sports betting is the selection of odds. When we're spending on a game that we're familiar with, it is easy to predict the outcome of the match and according to the same we can choose the odds. In simple terms it is highly the information based while other forms of gambling were mostly luck based.

I am not gambling to earn because I know that's an impossible mission to me.
I do my earning in other ways like trading and investing, in gambling I can do it just to spend money.

You know what? The one who are really earning are the gambling operators, so if we will fully accept that, we will not loss more money anymore.
The problem with us is we want instant money without considering our chances of winning.

Everybody out there has different reasons why they are gambling. One is because they want to enjoy themselves thru gambling. Second is they want to test their luck in gambling. There are some more reasons into why they are gambling.

My personal reason why I'm gambling is because of fun. I only gambling in sports betting so in order for me to enjoy what I'm watching, I put a small bet into it and if I lose then its ok for me. If I win then good for me because I'm lucky Cheesy

I thought that the key reason for people to playing gambling was to get easy money from gambling. But for the other people, they don't know what is their reason for gambling because they only follow the other people's or people want to know how good their luck in gambling. The key reason will not be the same, and I am sure that every gambler has their reason to gamble. Perhaps, we could play gambling for one thing that we can do in our free time, and we only play gambling in a short time.
