It will serve as a reference for negative feedbacks or it will prevent the defaulted members from taking another loan which he/she will not repay.

actually i didnt insoult borrower i stated that 3rd party have no right to talk about my desisions or my loans or my life.
and that was not borrower that was some other guy. i have no problem with this list or anything but i have problems when 3rd party involves in something that is not his..

Just to be clear, as I haven't yet received my payment from signature campaign I will be unable to repay my loan until I get the payment. I and laosai have agreed to repay the loan (quoted in Laosai's word via PM) "when you(I, mexxer) can pay". Laosai can confirm.

This is not the right thread to discuss aboit implementing the rules. You may post an appeal on the Meta section regarding this. , myself support this to prevent users to get double loan and to prevent scam attempts. It's a good sign that everyone shall be aware of the users that uses the lending service in here.

I think there must be a miscommunication.

I'm not appealing the rules, i wouldn't know what to appeal to, or what to post to in meta. As a lender i'm in favor of this thread, or any kind of central ledger... I'm just discussing the fact that we might avoid borrowers complaining by stating the fact that we'll share their info in this thread on our own loan threads (not on this thread)... That's all.

Yes I am aware of that, didn't saw it at first until Laosai appealed that zexece has an active loan from her. Anyway, the guy isfrom the same country as I am so I was hoping he would be just honest and repay the loan. I gave him another week anduntil then let's see how it will work.
