Yes, it seems so but I don't think this will last for long. Even the market is down now but it could still rise again because I think the confidence of many about the market is rising and many will invest now in anticipation for bull run in 2019.
It looks like the bears are going to give up finally. Many altcoins make high jumps and do not fall greatly after it. Bitcoin is stabilizing. Hope, finally, the bull run will come to the market
You have too optimistic expectations, the fact that some coins are strongly detached from the current price does not mean that the market has stabilized. Bitcoin today fell by 10% due to yesterday's negative news background, do you think this is stability?
it is too early to talk about it, but it does it little by little, most likely we will see not so quick recovery, but slower and more predictable in my opinion

As we all can see, the market has not recovered, it is only trying to rise from the downtrend, so honestly the market is battling between rise and fall, so I call it a battle for survival.
The market might be fully green but let's not get carried away, we have seen this same thing severally this year and it might end up being a bulltrap, I am optimistic about the future though.

I would say it all depends on when last u traded bitcoin to actually say if the market has recovered for you. Some of us are still at loss and bitcoin need to rally stronger before we say the market has recovered
So many people were at loss, but their are measures to take in order to correct the mistakes. For instance, you could have invested more by buying when you saw that the price had fallen. You do not need to sell what you had or that you bought at loss. Or better still, you can opt into trading, if you can develop the skill. So true, no new customers and a regular downtrend. But i think if the old customers will be regular and not be changing their minds towards cryptocurrency then also it is a kind of victory.

Well in this matter I must say that the slower something grows the stronger it grows. So I think if once the price will recover in market even if it will recover slowly I am sure after that there will be no more risk to fall again this year. So don’t lose your hope. Currently the market is green, sometimes red. Maybe this time the market is said to be a bull run. In my opinion, this time the market is recovering.

No, the market is still in chaos until now and is struggling. I think 2019 is a good year for the crypto world. We will wait and see but as of now the market situation is not good. The prices of bitcoin and ethereum is still cheap .
I'd prefer a slow and progressive recovery.

I pointed this out because we have not broken the resistance price level of $6200 being the previous price of bitcoin before the hashwar and fud that lead to low price of bitcoin. If you could remember the previous support price level was $6200,and it was broken.This resulted in bitcoin going down to $3200 to $3900.
Now,we all know that whenever bitcoin price surge and stabilize, altcoin price surge as well,meaning altcoin respond with respect or in relation . to the price movement of bitcoin.Considering this trend,I don't think altcoins have recovered .
