I'm not saying you can't but it's a huge task, there are already well-established review sites not only here in Bitcointalk but also in the whole industry and they have dedicated supporters and their review sites are well promoted and well praised but we'll check what you are going to bring to the table, I suggest you go with a very good template or website theme to differentiate your review site to other review sites, make it stand out and make it unique and your own.

I guess it right, based on your announcement on why you are asking the most trusted casinos on Bitcointalk, launching a review site is profitable but you are up against well-established casino reviewers like BTGOSU and BitcoinCasino rank your review should be on their standard, or if possible better because these reviewers are sought for their objective and balanced review, hopefully, you can keep up with the competition and looking forward to reading some of your reviews.
It's better to start with the trusted casinos of course I recommend making a review on Gamdom.

Maybe you will get several "trusted" lists that differ each opinion, due to the fact that they have no experience with all the casinos advertised on this forum.

I only rate "trusted casino" at an average level, taking into account several factors such as license, player identity security (if KYC is implemented), cooperative casino representatives, no negative scores (very objective). You can confirm that information by visiting their announcement thread and reviewing all the discussions. Casinos should not compete on the "trust" side because it is a must.

In my opinion Stake.com is the most trusted here in the forum and they even have partnership with Drake and Drake is personally using Stake.com to place his bets but there are other trusted gambling sites such as Sportsbet.io, Bitsler, Gamdom, Roobet and Rollbit and there's a lot more and if you wanted to review each of them you can visit https://www.btcgosu.com/ this is a good review site for cryptocurrency gambling.

I'd go for rollbit, roobet and wolfbet. Those are what I've recently tried and mostly use nowadays, they have a pretty solid reputation and you can ask for help from their customer support here in their gambling threads. Should be pretty easy. Others that I only know of but never experienced would be fortunejack, duelbits and stake. Have you tried checking out the list of Gosu? They should have a pretty solid list imo.

There are lots of good quality and reputable Gamdom sites for gambling in this thread. Now if you want to do gambling professionally then you have to select the gambling websites by considering some of these things, among them you will notice which deposit and withdrawal system is the easiest. i guess, you're one of the lucky ones without prob with 1xbit. but i can understand your post as you are also promoting the site. that means, at some point, you will play at the casino you are promoting. never tried that site owed to countless unresolved allegations thrown to them. but definitely, i can agree that stake and bitsler are considered reputable ones in the crypto gambling industry.
