The Dev"aka=BOT" only runs a few scripts that he controls... they call them selves BOTS so that they will have less discussion and wont have to reply to people if they dont want to.
obviously they are sleeping at times so the DEV is missing at those times

I was thinking the same maybe enough people have voted for around 500 or for 08/08.
Let's see what dev will say, just fired out some votes anyway despite bot being down.

I wonder if enough voted for 08/08/2017 and the bot was on a clock that already cutoff, we don't know if its 100% or if its majority, or threshold, but there are a lot of 08/08 votes, that could have triggered and made the cutoff.

I sent my vote to end at 600 people and cutoff as tomorrow, the bot still hasn't changed to show my vote on the list... and I was the last verified user on the list...

The project looks very interesting and happy to join!

I agree with this, i think the OP needs to start creating a community "structure" to start roliing out more information about the project itself and have a community working towards that goal... 

But we all agree in one thing... Closing down the airdrop is a critical point...

But seriously? what good is voting if the vote has no value or is not counted and used? even if everyone did vote.. it is up to the tally to adjust the results and apply them.
there is no tally date or end vote date so it is almost useless to vote without processing the data!
the constant changing of minimum requirements for participating  also is changing frequently!
and the changing of requirements is not even voted on or adjusted by the community but by the OP
if we cannot organize ourselves with a small community  ... just imagine what will happen when it gets larger?
there are several missing links in this project and unfortunately those links are the main contenders! and they are not controlled by the community but by the OP
what needs to be stabilized are listed below... i might miss a few but here goes

1:) minimum requirements for participating
a fixed amount of ETH in the wallet that does not change because the OP changed his mind.
user level requirements

2:) the voting system needs to be enacted and tally needs to come fourth for all votes! or at least a deadline for voting and tally!

3:)make a basic organizational structure for the community and replace the OP as for now he is the only HUMAN deciding factor
he is JUDGE and JURY and this is not a function described in a community run project!

please dont get me wrong, i have nothing against the  OP but if this is to be a community run proposal then it should be the community and not a single person.

4:) close this airdrop already! who is in is in and who is out is out!  there has to be some  end to this caos

Its not showing on the list yet but I voted 8/8/17 and 600, I want to close it as much as you, I just don't want to get screwed because the bot took forever to add me

I just went ahead and picked the same that #18 on the list picked. I'm sure there will be Movement of all parties involved to get the vote closed up, we need to come to an agreement here everyone, otherwise, 10,000 people will be trying to come to the same vote.

Tips for Voting

The vote you send to the bot is the administrative formality.

What and how you vote should be chosen wisely.

Discuss with the community.

Damnit man don't be greedy, I'm #503 on the list don't shut me out on the bubble!

I saw people talking, I tried to change my vote, it is not changed on the document.

My vote is close 8/8/2017 with a cap of 500. If it changes from 12/08/2017 and 1000 to that voted can update. I think that is a smaller number and many early adopters can close things down before it gets more full.

So I am adjusting to 8/8/2017 and 500 with first 0-200 getting 10%

somehow this is getting out of hand by joining more and more people instead of voting and closing the airdrop...

Whats with this balance thing, do we need to have some balance on our wallet to get accepted? can't find information about this in the OP.
