Promotion should be done as a community effort and we should not rely on the dev team alone. as a MVT founders we need to be the one actively promoting the project via different social media channel.

but i think the most import thing of community driven project is "money" ,as we know listing major exchange should pay expensive fee .how to solve this problem .

Once this kind of projects catches taste of development and support then they don't look back and become successful because of their decentralized nature. It is still in its first phase which sooner will be over in my opinion.
