How to know what a great project? Invested in this forum, everyone knows something a little, research the currency that they mention and if you have a sustainable product, do not hesitate to assign a percentage of your portfolio to buy that currency.

I did, and often, I'm not convinced enough to invest big on an ICO as I don't see the value on the token himself on many of new projects these days... (except maybe in REQ, where I bought I lot)
I would be interested to hear you thought about that and a selection from your part of 2/3 ICO of 2018 that you "feel"
