Usually, low price coin will have the chance to increase 10x because people underestimate the coin and many people forgot to buy the coin while the price is not too high.
The real thing is that they have a lesser chance to increase their market value unless whales will do some hypes. Holding these coins seems so hopeless and a waste of time.

Some legend low coin price will have a chance to increase. Dogecoin, dgb, xvg, and the other seems will have that chance. But still, it is difficult to knowing accurately which altcoin that can increase.
We see that happen in the past, and many of us disappointed not to buy the coin because our focus at that time was at bitcoin price movements. So right now, before we are late to buy the low price coin, we should start to analyze the small price coin which are in the top 100 coin lists, so we have a chance to buy it right away.
Maybe I don't notice the other coins but as whar I experience, only on BTC and ETH did it. Though the other potential coins are also in the bullish last 2017 and it can't deny that almost all of us are focusing into the leading coins while keep ignoring those at the bottom.
It was so much to say and see a certain altcoin will do the huge rally in the market. Not only because we are on a hard situation but it because the market behavior isn't looking like that.
I agree that BTC and ETH will have the biggest potential to increase. And now, I guess it is the right time to load more BTC and ETH before the price start increase.

Coins that are of little interest to people will often go up very high because there are not many investors to choose from, but if there are whales involved, that coin will be easy x10 in a short time. I think investing in these coins will depend a lot on luck, and if you don't have that, don't try it because the risk is very high. In the past, a lot of shitcoin has risen this way, but now there is no more and very little.
