Chris : one important point ... i think people how have submited pics , should MUST vote... ( excluding their own submissions , indeed...)
cause if only few participants submit their vote , users who particiate and dont have voted are indeed avantaged .... this would not very fait for user who have submited their pictures and their votes.... indeed... dont you think?

And I agree on the new accounts. Let's say, votes are valid only by accounts created prior to the official announcement of the contest on June 6, 2016. Accounts created after that date are not eligible to vote in the contest. I believe that's fair. Agreed?
