There's a lot of altcoins to be played in 1 hour trading through the volatility of the coin today but make sure you have a big capital to trade to gain big profit even at the minimal percentage up by the particular altcoin . But this perspective is for the big whales I think. So for the small small investors, you will to buy altcoins which has a great potential to grow at the cheaper prices as the market gone bearish. When the market recover and I think they surpass their highest peak then you'll be richer I think so. 
the next thing that we can do in this situation is just patience and wait for the price is rise again. we cannot push the price to go back to the last high price because bitcoin price still in the downtrends and it needs a time to gets up again. many people right now are trying to hold their coins and they know that is just for temporary and after this, the price increase higher. maybe we need to wait for a month or more but in the end, our waiting time will be worth because when the price moves to the higher price, it means we can make a profit again.
