ETH market is being plagued by inflation and it was caused by the massive dumping of ETH in the market by the ICOs. Moreover, there are other factors like people buying Bitcoin and other coins using ETH and it has ruined the liquidity of ETH in the market. I don't think it is going to recover any time soon.
