Your reasons for hating bitcoin is not genuine, there are countless number of people who are already millionaires thanks to bitcoin, some few years ago when bitcoin was not popular those people took a risk bought bitcoin and hold and price skyrocketed yielded high returns for there investment, if you are also an investor then, you wouldn't have hate bitcoin.
No! I cant hate bitcoin, price is raising and if I continue earn them, one day al of them will get more money. But only thing I hate way to sent bitcoin, sometime I really upset for wait long time to get it
I was asked by a friend why I don't promote Bitcoin { why i hated it} but love promoting altcoins. My reply was that Bitcoin can't give me 1000-5000% ROI in 2-3years time anymore but with altcoin that is possible.
bitcoin has given me 3966.66% profit in 2-3 years just by holding it.
altcoin on the other hand go down in 2-3 years but they are getting pumped (1000%-5000%) in a couple of months for example if my memory serves, ripple was pumped about 6700% in 3 months and it is all down-hill from there and will continue getting dumped the rest of the year too.
but that is just my observation, you can promote, invest, dump,... anything you like.

Haha thats a proof of unlimited wants a human has. People not satisfied with 15-20% return in bonds and funds found a magical return of 100-200% in bitcoin. This was a sort of magic for them. Now they are not even satisfied with this much return and want 5000% return. Altcoins have their own merits and demerits be cautious before you run for a 5000% return. Overall money coming into bitcoin has the trickle down effect. it will improve the image of bitcoin attracting more and more and people will seek opportunity in altcoins after taking a position in bitcoin.
if u would see bitcoin ursurped by another coin it will slow the adoption rate.
Institutional money going into bitcoin though is probably not going to move into altcoins as readily.

I don't hate Cryptocurrency, I'm not just a fan of Bitcoin instead I prefer Altcoin

I believe Altcoins would not be there if Bitcoin didn't exist.
I also like the idea of investing in Altcoins rather than Bitcoin, because of the higher growth potential, however we need to note it is riskier.

I think we live in a world where everyone has the right to their own opinion,and if someone does not like BTC and prefers altcoins I can understand that.
There is always some nice and interesting altcoins on market which provide the opportunity for earnings.But the only thing that bothers OP is just that he is not early investor and thinking that by promoting BTC just fill their pockets.
I think things should be looked from another angle also.Some people invest 5,6,7 year ago and they are early investors-but if we invest today in next 5-10 years we will be in some way early investors for them just because we invest at 4000$ or 6000$ and BTC could worth xx time more then today.

We are cryptocurrency enthusiasts and love both Bitcoin as well as altcoins. But the reason mentioned by you isn't relevant to me. When you say you could make 50-60x with altcoins (which in my view is highly unrealistic, max possible is 10-15x with hodling for 10-12 months), it is attached with 50-60x risk. No experience or study can make you ascertain best time to buy or sell particular coin. It's all depend on luck. Most of the time, investors lose.
While on other hand, BTC is now mature kid. With investing there, you can sleep peacefully as your amount isn't gonna fade away in night. Bitcoin is still much better investment than shares as it still has capability to give you 150-200% return p.m.
I think this is a really good point, for me trading alts typically I make 10-20x on an investment holding for a year (Bar any selloffs like the one currently happening) but when you buy an alt there is always a chance it could go much much higher. like STRATIS 400x, out of nowhere extremely quickly. It is a luck of the game really but I think taking the risk with alts will always be more profitable than just trading/holding BTC alone. The only problem is alts are a lot more likely to fail than BTC.
The thing is BTC won't 1000x now, it just won't happen. I think there will be many more alts that do over the next few years, but then returns will start slow down completely with heavier government regulations and profit won't be made as easily as the markets won't be as volatile. For now we are still all early(ish) adopters, and whoever buys the next big altcoin will make a lot of money. The only way to make millions from BTC now really is if you have millions, maybe hundreds of thousands IMO.

But in the altcoins we need a better understanding to choose the perfect investment for the coin , Because there are thousands of coins available in the market and people are confused to buy which one , but still people are making bulk earnings .
Here perosnally I like both altcoins and bitcoin Because I didn't find much difference between these two Because making slow earnings in the both for the flcutuations .
If you can see clearly with the comparison of history then you will found that bitcoin has more flcutuations of big pump and dump , so chances are same like altcoins in the bitcoin to make better profit easily .

Maybe you're right, my friend. But what I want to emphasize is that I prefer to hold bitcoin. Because relative to other coins, bitcoin is continuing to rise. But other small coins can easily devalue, and even make you lose most of the principal
All alt coins have potential but investing money to altcoins are risky. Bitcoin is going up and up. Thats why I love bitcoin.
No, I don't consider all alt coins have the potential some of them are real and most of them are fake. No real support from the developers as they just want to earn from the ICO this applies for the upcoming coins. For the old ones there are promising one and being supported by the community.

I don't hate promoting bitcoin but I hate those people that I told about bitcoin and ignored me at first glance and now they are boasting me their bitcoin profit. I stopped promoting because of these people and I don't want to be embarrassed again.
Certainly there's no reason to hate it but if you'll read his concern, he hated promoting bitcoin. There's no actual hate for bitcoin because everyone loves bitcoin. And we do have our own choice so if someone hates bitcoin it's either he sold most of his bitcoins while the price was still low and hated to see the price now pumping or they just really don't like bitcoin because it is not his taste and their own choice are into alt coins and they love it.

have to agree with you here. I dont hate bitcoin LOL, but I;m not so enthusiastically blinded by it that I can't see the potential of other alts. Take ETH for example. ETH used to cost less than a dollar folks, and we are here. And obviously there will be more upward movement; not only are we under an ath in ETH, but if you believe bitcoin will go up you have to believe that ETH will as well. And thats just one example (im not an eth fanboi. I was not fond of ETH when it first emerged.). Look at LTC, look at Ripple.

I do not hate bitcoin, if you talk like that, it's your right, before that thing you should know or maybe forget, "without bitcoin all other coins will not exist", in other coins may indeed generate more profit because the price is still cheap and not stable, in contrast to bitcoin the price is very high
