Spicer? I'm confused.
Edit: Sean Spicer, Trump’s press secretary, tweeted out a bitcoin hash back in January 2017. The tweet was quickly deleted, but it led to a rumor mill speculating he had just let everyone know his password. That wasn’t the case, it appears the apparently random string “n9y25ah7” was a bitcoin blockchain based verification code.

You do realize that the tweet was prior to the bitcoin transaction. So anyone could have made the bitcoin transaction after Spicer tweeted that code. It was 13 hours from when that tweet went out until the bitcoin transaction.
