Share an important information on Beginners and Help Section. I know that those who have merits love users who are sharing their own knowledge so I think this is the better way.

If you are really desperate, either beg for merits or buy it. Both of them are considered illegal and can give you neg trust. Not suggesting this but newbies nowadays are very desperate to get merits.

If there are kind hearted merit source there or those high ranked members, kindly give this stupid OP merit. Thanks

Find a guide, ask its owner if he allows to translate it to you mother tongue, make a topic with translation.
It will be a help to others and knowledge to you. Probably you will get a merit for that. Its a win=win=win strategy for everyone Smiley

Here is few points

1- There is no Solution for getting merit without quality post.
2- It's makes me laugh when you suggeste merit should be based on account age. If user not able to received single merit in 1 or 2 years then he or she doesn't deserve to be here on the forum.

The invention of Merit system is for increasing quality post and make this forum clean from shitpost. Here is few points you should consider for getting merits besides all your nonsense ideas about getting merit :- :-

1- Spend your time on reading
2- Gain your knowledge about forum rules
3- Gain your knowledge about Bitcoin and its technology
4- Improve your english
5- If you don't know where to post then try it from your local board
6- Be constructive post and help other.
7- Avoid bounty campaign untill you achieve member or full member rank
8- Think before post. Your post should be useful for other person.
9- Get inspiration from those members who achieve their rank and shared their inspirational journey with Bitcointalk.
10- Don't think about merit so much. Concentrate about improving yourself.

If you can't produce quality threads then at least try your best to produce quality replies. The merit system simple reward quality contributions so if you're not good with constructing your words try using image, videos or infographic to express yourself. There are specific boards/threads you can utilize for this purpose e.g WO, B&H etc. In as much as your try to express yourself through the other means don't spam the forum.

Thank you for your advice . maybe I can try everything you suggest to me. I will continue to try to always produce threads or replies that are considered quality. I am so excited

If you a newbie, you don't really need to make a really good thread. Just write helpful to other people, I believe someone/merit source will appreciate your post.

Theymos said if a newbie writing a helpful thread someone/merit source should give them appreciate.

yes you are correct english is not my main language but i try and work hard to understand it even though with the help of google translate ... at least i still want to try rather than never want to try at all . And thanks you
Then, try on your local board. No need to make a post/thread at the global forum if your English not really good.

Example like me, most of my merit received i got it's from local board almost 90%. Cause i was a really suitable contribution to the forum on my local board.

That keeps you open with the last option

I'd give you merits for that if I didn't think I'd get crucified for it.

OP, English is obviously not your first language and you don't seem very proficient in it.  Therefore you can probably not expect to earn many merits if you're posting in the English section.  That's just the way it is--the forum is filled floor to ceiling with shitposters who can't write comprehensible sentences, and none of them earn any merits.

Try posting on your local board(s), whatever those are, and hopefully there'll be at least one merit source that frequents them.  Earning merits in general is not easy, nor should it be.  You have to put some time, effort, and thought into what you're writing.  It also helps if what you write is written well.

No God or Kings, only BITCOIN.
Why, is it a problem? Huh

There's nothing in consideration that if the account is old they'll probably get some merits, take out that notion.

is there another solution to getting merit for a newbie besides making a good tread that can make someone give merit to a newbie. maybe from the account age, maybe at least 1 or 2 years to be able to get at least 1 merit. can the forum team consider. thank you. just my opinion

Nope. The merit system is made to reward those who actually contribute to the forum, and to prevent hoards of new spammers in joining Bitcointalk. Making considerations simply defeats the purpose.
