Well, uncle Dana White doesn't want to slap a fighter that may retaliate so he is using his wife as a substitute, well he is a well-known person who needs to learn to control his temper just one piece of negative news about the UFC will surely suffer from that consequence
Let's be honest and say that his wife gave the first slap attack and after that he replied with his slaps, but something stinks in this whole story, and we don't know what Dana told her before slap.
Much more people are now aware of his Power Slap competition, after someone conveniently recorded that video in night club.

The worse way to promote the Power Slap competition but yep it did the job. It could be done easier though since UFC is already popular.

Can't say also it's just Dana's fault, the wife must have reasons to react that way and Dana just hit back as he is also intoxicated. They knew each other since they were young, I say this is probably not the first time they hit each other. Despite how rich the family is, it isn't always perfect.

More bad news are coming for Dana White after slapping incident with his wife, and this time his Power Slap League gets removed from TBS programming schedule.
They said this event was moved to different date January 18, maybe they expect things will cool down and people will forget one slap Wink
It's possible that UFC is slowly going to decline, they have betting scandal with fixed fights, biggest stars are not very active, and Jake Paul just became MMA fighter in different organization.

Dana would say everything now to save his reputation. He can say everything, even might force his wife to say that this was due to alcohol, they were drunk, did it for fun or whatever he will come up with. But we will never know that whole story behind that slap, it will stay forever in their family as a huge secret. But we will all remember that act of man hitting woman. A lot of families got destroyed by that. I think the community will make Dana remember that case for a long time and with a an occasion will pinch him with that.

P.S. https://youtu.be/BI0lfO9_BAc?t=50 - this is not a call to aggression, but Dana should have slapped that kid (Larz) instead Cheesy ("That guy who calls people irrelevant has a very punchable face" <-- my favourite comment)

^  If watch the match tho, Phil Hawes didn't really do anything vs Imavov except grind him in the cage then nothing.  It went on for a couple of rounds until there was some adjustment from Imavov in the third but it was too late.  Hawes was already up a couple of rounds.

Gastelum is prolly on his way out.

Anyway, at first glance I like Imavov, Soriano, Vieira, Nurmagomedov, Alhassan, Nascimento and Jimmy Flick.  I could go for some parlays on those guys and a straight bet on Flick.  He was pretty good in the regional scene and Charles Johnson seems like  he doesn't any urgency in the cage.  It could cost him.

Well it was a close match in my opinion but I really thought that Phil Hawes lost that one and Nassourdine Imavov actually win it, but it was a majority for Phil Hawes for me this is but it was really too late for Nassourdine Imavov to turn the tables and to show the judges that he really deserves the win, and after this fight Nassourdine Imavov have become a more different fighter learning from this defeat,

If the main man in the UFC is hurting a woman or a lady what more do the fighters in that combat sports company I guess uncle Dana has something to say about this, let's just wait,

This is it but it will be on next week so it is really too early to put my picks but what I think about this fight I think that Kelvin Gastelum will have a hard time with Nassourdine Imavov, and if we see a Dagestan fighter and the only loss was from a decision from Phil Hawes but Nassourdine Imavov should also need to be careful against Gastelum we all know the durability of this fighter Kelvin Gastelum has a very Durable chin that he could surely use against Nassourdine Imavov, even though he lost he still goes the distance and always losing via decision against Israel Adesanya, Darren Till, Robert Whittaker, and Jared Cannonier, while in Ian Heinisch, case Gastelum did win via decision,

Right now I am pretty much waiting for the UFC 283: Teixeira vs. Hill, UFC Fight Night | Lewis vs. Spivak, and the real main event the champion vs champion fight that many are waiting for, UFC 284 | Makhachev vs. Volkanovski,

Makhachev really smashed Olivera and finished him off in less time than I expected. Volkanovski is also a much stricter man than Olivera, who does not give up easily. Ortega got rid of the place I said how many times he gave up in the match. Isn't the rate given for Volkanovski really an exaggeration? I think the rates should have been a little closer. I will take this ratio as an opportunity and try my luck with a small amount. Volkonovski continues to train hard without even celebrating New Year's, I think he is ready.

Worst case if he trained I think it is also not good as well it tends to stress out the muscles so when you are in the actual match you are prone to injuries, I really think the body also needs to rest and regained those muscle fibers and tissue into good quality one, but maybe he will have rest when the match is near, but for me, this is an interesting fight both have only 1 lost, and even though I am for Makhachev he surely can not underestimate Volkanovski this is one hell of a technical fighter than Oliveira,

Aside from Makhachev vs Volkanovski, there's will be an interesting match between Deiveson Figueriredo vs Brandon Moreno at UFC 283, this is their fourth fight. I really don't have any idea which one will win, there's also a chance it could be a draw too and we need to watch their fifth fight Grin

Monero is more faster and better in wrestling, while Figueriredo has more power, stronger and better in physical appearance. But the fight will held in Brazil, so if it's ended in decision, I expect Figueriredo will win again. The only way for Monero to win is by submission again, just like their second match.

Well interesting as it may but Deiveson Figueiredo has collected the belt again, I think Deiveson Figueiredo is not more cautious and trying to be on the safer side of the fight, and he tends to be more like Izzy in the sense he becomes more technical with his every movement and strikes, this is interesting because Brandon Moreno is known to have a never say die attitude that if Deiveson Figueiredo will not acknowledge he may lose the belt again, that is a thing for Moreno that attitude can surely get a Deiveson Figueiredo to get his back exposed for that submission, but Deiveson Figueiredo will surely not make that same mistake,

Mojahed Fudailat made a funny cartoon video clip with Conor McGregor giving his Proper Twelve alcoholic drink to Dana White, than his wife steps in.
Other MMA starts and famous people like Khabib are appearing in cartoon, and I think he added real voices from all this people speaking in past. Smiley

So Dana White and his family seem to remain intact unless his wife will change her mind. He and his wife Anne talked it out, exchanged apologies, and settled their differences. So Dana and his wife had been together since they were very young. It probably helped them both especially Anne to forgive and apologized as well. Otherwise, Anne would've been swayed by different rights and women groups to file a case and divorce Dana which would probably endanger the UFC. Anne's statement probably ends this issue sooner than later.

I "like" how in a marriage, if there are kids, the father is most unprotected person. I dont know how the things are in the US, but in Europe, kids always stay with mother. The only way the father gets the kids is if the mother is junkie or alcoholic. She can be unemployed, housewife, sit at home and do nothing, and she always get the kids.

In Danas case, he seems to be the one who brings the money. Even though his was the first to slap him, Dana is about to lose half of what he has, and will have less time to spend with his 3 kids. Sad story for him, a lesson for everyone.

Dana White just wanted to fill that 3 week pause between events, so he decided to do a main event in the club lol Cheesy

Or this could be a nice promo of White's new show - Power Slap. More info here. New show is planned to start at January 11, so Dana and Fertitas bros are on a promotion tour right now Cheesy

What do you think about this show? "Regulated and sanctioned by the Nevada State Athletic Commission" - show looks serious. I know that on Russian YouTube such slap shows have been popular for years, first appeared in 2020, and I saw on TV similar shows in UK. This is a first of such kind in the US with such a high promotion level. Gonna be cool, and dangerous. As you basically get a hard hit on a face and you arent allowed to defence. Could lose hearing easily.

I don’t know what is going to happen for sure. But the United States of America does not take these types of things lightly. And I am also sure that a lot of feminists are already pretty furious about this. And I think this is going to be very popular as well. Because right now I don’t see any kind of issue which can divert the attention. And there should be some serious problems for Dana White. Unless he can use a huge amount of money to cover it up.

Man ☕

If that case is really serious and his wife report him to police, it will become big and we could expect Dana White could go to jail with some fee that he need to pay. But if the case isn't big and both of them already have a solution, I wouldn't surprised if Dana's wife will say it's just slapping for fun or something like that to make people think there's no problem and it wouldn't harm anything to Dana's reputation.

I think if Anne Stella is actually clever, she’s not going to make a big issue out of this. Because as a woman, she should always be staying with Dana White because we all know that women are judged based on their looks. So, at this age, it is far better to be with a billionaire instead of being in the marketplace looking for another partner if the situation escalates to that. Which can easily happen if Anne Stella wants to.

But on the other hand, if we look at the laws of the USA, we will see that women are incentivized to leave their partners. Not only does she get half of the wealth that he possesses, but she will also get childcare money if they have children.

But the problem is women, don’t think straight like most men. I don’t know what is going to happen, but this is certainly going to bring a lot of attention to that UFC. The outcome of Dana White’s personal life is going to decide if the attention is positive or negative.

I do not understand what people expect. And women wanted equality. This is the perfect example of equality. You want to hit like a man, you should also expect to get hit like a man. If his wife slapped him, he did the right thing by slapping her back.

Obviously, this was a very dumb thing to do in public by Dana white. At least he should have known better. UFC has been greatly influenced by Dana White. I do not know what is going to happen. But whatever happens, there will be a big effect of that on the UFC.

So is he gonna be suspended?  Given the sack?  What a dilemma.  The UFC isn't ready without Dana White even tho Hunter Campbell, Sean Shelby and Mick Maynard have mostly been running everything behind the scenes.
It's not ok at all to hit a woman under any circumstances, and I think there is something behind this scandal.
Call me crazy but I think this was all intentionally created and fake because he is soon starting new slapping competition called Power Slap that is under UFC wing.
Everyone is not saying Dana and his wife both got intoxicated with alcohol and someone was recording them all the time, that looks very sketchy to me.
I watched the video and let's be honest wife slapped him first very hard, maybe he can sign her up for Power Slap women division  Grin

^  Wups what a PR disaster for the UFC.  I mean I've defended Dana White itt in the past but that one has no excuse.  Sure his slap was a reaction to his wife's slap to him but there's still no excuse.  They should've taken it in private.  But then again they were drunk.  One of the reasons why a guy like him shouldn't consume a lot of alcohol in public.  It makes people dumb.  He should've just smoked weed and had a good time.  Lol.  But seriously, he should have.

I’m curious about the backlash as well. Certainly there will be consequences for Dana and this is the sort of thing that has people stepping down from their positions in large companies. Granted, violence isn’t extremely out of place in the UFC, but I imagine they won’t want anything to distract investors and advertisers throwing money at the company. I expect we’ll hear something in the coming days.

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/pUoocOM5iQw

Nate Diaz has taught Dana White some slap moves, and here is how Dana used it. On the video you could see that Dana has slapped his wife several times. Was it due to they both being drunk? Was is sort of defensive or counter reaction, on a slap that his wife gave him first? Was it due to someone screwed in marriage ? I dont know, but that is not what a man should ever do.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LaAYPvvx7xA - here is a bit more about it. Damn Dana looked warried. "It is all about kids, and family" - Dana smells fire in his family.

He keep repeating they were more concerned about thier kids as if this were already settled a long time ago. They were on vacation, they must have been on good terms while they travel to that alcohol house, and then all of a sudden they slap each other.  Nice powerslap promo Mr. White.

It's a counter-reaction. Dana is a public macho figure, what would everyone think if he would just let it slide?
I bet that's what he is thinking. Still, people will have a say in someone who will hurt a woman in this manner.
