Satoshi loves sleazy bitcoin too - Ordinals
Less trust should be given to ranking and more to recent activity and trust.  I almost bought a cas coin via pm myself. But luckily decided to wait and see if people received their items. Surprisingly he wasn’t pushy with me or insistent I pay right now. Or even follow up. Still a really fucked up situation. Recent activity/known member > status

this is the purpose of escrow. There are several here that provide that service Minerjones, OgNasty and myself are just a few that offer that service.

I will have less willingness to send first without escrow forsure.

Maybe we should also start clarifying what all people are missing?

Hello everyone, after not receiving the Casascius coin that the user " MarketNeutral " was raffling off, what can be done to learn from and correct these actions? We don't know what happened with this person—whether they truly scammed people or something happened to them. How can we recognize when someone might be capable of scamming in this way, especially since more than 12 people did not receive their Casascius coins and also silver coins? This person has been on the platform for years and was always very active...

The curious thing is that they sent out some coins, but after their last raffle, nothing ever arrived again. What's even stranger is that when we won the last auction, they seemed very desperate for us to pay them. In fact, they were quite insistent, saying they would send all the coins together.

Even though there’s nothing we can do now since it’s been about two months, this person has earned a bad reputation. Not only did they not return the bitcoins, but it’s also a shame that this happened in this group, since I would say 99% of the people here are honest. From what I’ve seen, the Bitcoin veteran group is very trustworthy, which is why this user stands out, especially since they’ve been here since the beginning and still did this.

Of course, maybe something happened to them—we don’t know—but it’s still curious.
