Imagine the overcrowding, infrastructure being unable to cope.
Imagine the housing crisis followed by healthcare and education systems collapse.

Very strange that your God hasn't shown himself in the past two thousand years, and it is especially interesting how there are no miracles documented on camera despite their abundance. Surely no supremely intelligent being would not expect any rational person to believe simply because a book says so? The argument from authority is a logical fallacy.
I also find it interesting how you know there is a creator, those with paranoid delusions know somebody is following them, those with the capgras delusion know a relative or friend has been replaced with an exact impostor, schizophrenics with auditory hallucinations know they are speaking to somebody.

That is your belief, I believe that we find happiness from within ourselves. I agree with you that it isn't about work or material possessions but rather about contentment. If we are content with what is in our lives and get value from those in our life we will be happy. This is happiness to me I don't define it by riches with money. Instead I like to have a quality life with good balance, it keeps me happy everyday.
