Each player can create only one (1) personal account.
Creating multiple Player Accounts by a single player can lead to termination of all such accounts. The player shall not provide access to their Player Account or allow using the Website to any third party including but not limited to minors. Disposable email addresses are not accepted.
Your account was closed per your request and not reopened due to many factors including your extensive abuse of our awesome livechat agents, sending us pornographic pictures, creating of fraudulent emails offering you bonuses, opening more than one account and complaining to askgamblers while impersonating another player. The Compliance and Licensing Department of Antillephone N.V. agreed on March 26, 2019 in their email to you that we were cc'd on that opening another account after you requested to close your other account defies any logic.
@Dee- you had more than one active account and due to your boyfriend (who happens to be one of your duplicate accounts) vouching for you on casinomeister, our platform provider opted to pay your withdrawal.
It's interesting that both of you use the same tactics of abusing our livechat reps, complain on the same forums and share similar IP addresses.
Your accounts will not be reopened and please refrain from opening new accounts.

We've just discovered that INTERPOL7771 and BATMAN007 account (who also had few complaints on our direct support forum) have the same IP address. So, the owner of these accounts was also creating multiple accounts on LCB forum.
Creating multiple accounts at any online casino or here on LCB forum is not allowed and can lead to termination/ closure of all accounts.
We are doing our best to help all our members with their complaints. Our complaints service is free, neither party pays us as we're only helping in the mediation process here. However, we won't have any tolerance towards players who are giving us misleading information and trying to abuse our complaints service.
Due to violation and abuse of our complaints service for the purpose of pushing personal agenda and putting pressure on the casino on a public forum to pursue personal goals, this account and all other potential multiple accounts will be banned from LCB forum and such comments deleted.

EMPHASIS ON THE WORD "ACTIVE". There was no duplicate account due to the fact that you refused to reopen my original account.
Had this account been reopened upon my request,there would not have been any issue!
You accepted my deposit and disabled my account but there was never a duplicate. How is it fair to take a players funds,refuse to reopen an original acc,and confiscate winnings..come on,let's be fair here.

The Casino reserves the right to close your Player Account and to refund to you the amount on your account balance, subject to deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at Casino’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice
I am fine with you closing my account but its clear as per your t&c's that I should have been refunded my account balance.
PLEASE ASSIST ME kind members as this is unjust!
