You are the scam, not us. You created fraudulent emails in order to receive extra bonuses. You impersonated a different player and complained on another forum. You sent disgusting pictures to our awesome 24/7 livechat agents. You lied to our agents about offers made to you. You requested to close your account. We will not reopen it. Simple. We will NOT open ANY of your accounts.

You violated our Terms and Conditions by opening another account and taking advantage of the Welcome Bonus. Bonus abuse is one of the reasons casinos don't allow duplicate accounts.

I believe that if a casino had refused to reopen my original account, I was transparent enough to disclose all facts to them and never had any duplicate accounts active at any stage.

The law is clear that "a duplicate" account means two active accounts opened by the same player to abuse bonuses etc which was not the case here.

As per the Cryptowild terms: The account balance should be refunded to the player if the casino decides to close the players account.

I had requested my account to be closed for a while due to my tournament winnings not paid out as published on their website and serious disagreements with the VIP manager.

I had then requested my account to be reopened but they ignored my requests.
I then proceeded to open a new account as the other was closed and they refused to reopen the account.
I deposited and won a decent amount and was asked to KYC and my account was then permanently disabled.

They said that each player can only have one active account but this casino did not refund my deposits and withheld my winnings.
The casino has the right to close the account if they deem fit but I do not think they were fair in this case and my remaining funds should be returned.

Your advise on this matter will be highly appreciated

Why do you ask them to close your account in the first place? If you have good security I do not think that you should ask them for closing your winning account. And i do not understand why you ask them for you, even if you are winning or losing there is no point of closing the account. And second thing, why dont you make a withdrawal before you close your account? If this is true, what you did is really what they are expect

why do problems like this continue to be extended. players will feel right, moreover casinos always feel right for their reasons. if the casino knows the player has a duplicate account, and gets a win why casino not give back deposit of the player.tell to player the real reason, so both you are do not feel mutually disadvantaged. why do you have to close the player account and take all the deposits and also the winnings. its same with fraud, don't want to lose, and just want to make a profit.
