more than 24 hour since i request cashout but my cashout still not process, support say will notified me by email but nothing email arrive till now. i have ore than 4 time do chat but nothing solution they say i should send id and i do that, i send id but still have other reason from them to not process my cashout. this my chat with support yesterday
