nice! i've contacted bfl to provide his adress credentials. They will be looking in to the forum posts and if they really think he is a scammer maybe they provide the credentials on fraude to my lawyer.

I linked Fjordbit to this thread. He's the one that sold Thedarkdad3 the BFL unit, so hopefully he can provide some info on his actual whereabouts.

sorry to hear that this happened. you have to be really careful when dealing with unknown people / companies that have not been proven and may just be gone tomorrow!! there is so much of that in bitcoin, you have to be really careful! thank you for the warning, original poster, and good luck in the fight for justice!!

I found this invoice from his posting of a 25 Gh/s BFL single earlier. Apparently his real name is Albert Savoy, is there anyway we can confirm this?

He is also posting as a girl on Ebay to get some pity points... disgusting. People, please help us find this A!
I don't want to cause him any harm, but knowing that he's still trying to scam people as of right now pisses me off. He needs to be taken down.

No he doesn't have a domain. And i cant post a feedback on his ebay because he didnt sell it  (officially) he cancelled the auction and contacted me afterwards.

omg!!!! why didn't I read this thread sooner!!! I got scammed by him on EBAY ALSO!!!
DAMMITTT!!! Lost 1.7 BTC trying to buy a BFL Single. So stupid of me not to do more research on him.
