Why do people seem to think that it simply becomes easier to win as the jackpot increases? Like when it hits a certain mark they're all "It's gonna blow!".

I do not think that people think that it will be easier to win them then, but as the pool grows, people's dreams are growing, what they could do with such a victory. I can't imagine how much money we need to spend to chase the luck and if that is huge money, then I will think twice before buying the lottery. But I am sure that person has big luck at that time so he can win a lot of money and it's not all people who can win the jackpot. I almost hit the jackpot in the past, but I never win the jackpot.
