Are you promoting because you are in their part of the project as you are currently a bounty participant for the active signature of Tachyon, but of the three I am more interested in Tachyon because they have a good market and trading volume than the two that you recommend, AIMEDIS about health and blockchain, it seems like there have been many projects like this a long time ago but have you ever seen a successful one or BAANX like a wallet project, it looks like the two are more difficult to develop because of competition by other projects that have the same goal except Tachyon, this is just my thinking not support anything the best

good observation, for the Tachyon, I agree moreover it has been supported by a pretty good exchanger, while for others, I need to find information about it. however, at the moment I have not seen projects that really have the potential, such as harmony and BitTorrent in 2019 ago.
Projects will be good if they have consistent developments what they mentioned in the roadmaps. Every year potential companies are updating their white paper in order to add new developments and this will surely help the companies to increase their reputation in the market. Only those companies have the choice to increase their prices.

I agree that these project might have a good chance to grow fast in 2020 and even 2021. In pass 2 years, tokens were the best choice for most project because develop do not have to build everything from 0, all they need to do is choose some blockchain platform and generate new token. This way help them to reduce lots of cost and resource to do full blockchain. But i think now people will love see project have their own blockchain and these blockchain should have real use.
Although the OP said that the projects could go big, I don't think that it will be easy for all of that project the OP mention because that project needs to compete with the other projects that have the same possibility to increase higher. I prefer to select the existing project that already has a history so I can analyze the coin movements and get the right time to buy the coins.
But if the OP is sure about the projects, I hope that he can invest his money at the right time and get the lower price so he can make a big profit in the future.

Yes, that's your opinion, I can't comment much on the three projects because I still don't understand it well, but I have my own opinion about some tokens / coins that will be big this year, namely: Theta, Energy, BNB, and Stellar.

I think this is your personal view because you are holding bags of this coin and you want to get this coin to be pumped. Okay, that's a shilling and it's not expected from a Legendary account. Personally I will never invest any of the coins you listed because there are more times better coin in the market which have a good future than your listed coins.
I have never heard of any of those projects,,, but guess what? I have heard of all the ideas many times for each. This mean that they have been others who tried the same thing in the past and yet did not succeed. Why should these new projects find anything differently?

look at the project itself and how they are unique and check White paper if legit and resourceful and also the Road map.

I also feel doubt about the second choice as a bunch of the medical projects that based on the blockchain platform are the same idea.
Just to a little bit agree about the last pick but i don't agree for the first and second choice.
I think DEX, hacking and scamming that often happens in a centralized exchange makes a lot of losses, especially the users themselves. DEX is the solution for that and I'm sure the big project will be born in 2020.

While I do think that small caps will do significantly better now compared to when markets were extremely bearish just a couple of months back, I doubt that they're going to recover to an extent that they'll outperform the big caps until much later when the FOMO has been brewing for a while.
This is because institutions are much more risk averse than the average investor and only want to hold certain cryptos that have a known track record on its balance sheets.

Those descriptions and reasons why you are going to monitor those, I think they were not enough. As for tachyon, it's for sure that you will monitor it because you have joined the signature campaign of it and you'll get the rewards from it base on the stakes that you will receive.
They are all new to me so I think, it's better to monitor them from time to time or else they will be the same as the other projects that were good from the start then not after several months.

baanx sounds more potential in the future than the other two ,however its less likely that people will choose health and privacy for the future ,I personally honestly do not need health because its already registered the health section in my country and about privacy too I prefer to stay away that's an my assumption

I'm a little unsure about the future of privacy coins. Crypto is moving slowly towards the mainstream, which means increased government oversight, which we are already seeing with KYC requirements for a lot of new projects. If crypto does complete its journey to the mainstream, I can't see how privacy coins can complete that journey - surely they will by their nature remain more niche and underground.
Not saying they're not useful, of course they are, just that I'm not sure if this will translate into huge price gains.
I am cautiously bullish on these coins, one or two are good projects with sound idea but the issue now is that the market is very crowded with many coins and the good projects are finding it difficult to stand out because people are becoming more sceptic of Altcoins if there is no solid investment behind it
Personally, I don't think BANNX is that good project, and I have no idea about the second coin you mentioned but the Tachyon coin looks a gem for the crypto industry, I believe it too that this coin will be huge in this year! A few days ago it's IPX coin price grew heavily, and soon IPX price may hit 0.20 USD! I have a plan to but a large amount of this coin when it's price goes again down!

Decentralization is KEY, and therefor I believe a project such as Blocknet will be a massive gainer the next few years, surpringly, it jumped by nearly 100% in value the past month, so I'm pretty bullish on it moving forward.
