It shows how you care about your thread and the respondent on it and it will increase your engagement and better things about other perspective.

Theymos is admin I do not think he needs to be active all the time. You may see all the locations like home home in this forum So why need to hide him and come with the normal replies on any thread.
I do not consider this is some onwers on the forum team. They are simply coming to the forum like enjoying their holiday month with the team or family but forum worthy place to part it mate.

But I do not think that Global Mods can handle unmoderated local boards effectively (not unless they are multilingual), First of all every local boards use the language of their own country, reporting a post which is not an exact copy of another will make it hard for the global mod to know if that reported post is plagiarized or not. The language barrier itself won't make the job easy for them as this job must be handled by someone who can write and speak in their native tongue.

Some place in the forum, Theymos or one of the forum moderators mentioned that they could not find relevant moderators for several specific local boards. Mainly because it's extremely hard to find someone who both known about local languages, have dedication to work as forum mods.
This is why several local boards have not still had moderators, and some of them locked by the admin/ mods.

Theymos does care this forum he even created the merit system. He did create a thread for all users about the bitcointalk forum and it's system. I think theymos doesn't acknowledge someone yet to assign a mod for the local boards that doesn't have any moderator to take care. As far as I think better to wait to nominate someone that is eligible to be the mod in the local boards that don't have mod yet.

People are cheats irrespective of their nationality and even if their local boards have a mod.

The irony is that the Indian ex-mod claims to be cheated by his CSO, while many consumers of his exchange feel that the rot runs deep.

Also, please post evidence of cheats, DTs would be more than happy to tag them. I don't think that accumulation of such names with you will benefit the community in any manner.

The exact reason based on my opinion is, why would theymos love who doesnt love their own local board? Every member there only spamming, shit-posting, giving ref link, and all actions that indicates they dont even love their local board, so why do you need to love them? Sometimes people asking to be loved yet they dont do love.

Exactly, the rank doesn't determine the value of a user. Although Trust matters a lot. And Moreover it is not necessary the MODS Should get paid as soon as they appointed as a MOD. Some people are there who doesn't even as for the salary. The thing only matter that Theymos doesn't love the sub-forums any more.
