More than a month wtf... If he doesn't have the time to maintain the site why not pass more privileges to trusted administrators?

I know OP will not like it but when resetting via security question can take a while sometimes. I suggest locking this again and start a new thread as entire different issue this is not being hacked but security lock due to secret question.
