Accounts hacked ,passwords forgotted arent the main concern of admin these days be patient and maybe someone of them replyes here.
He doesn't ignore you, he's just really busy (that's the "official" answer you'll be getting).
Anyway, since there's always some blame with you when the subject of hacked accounts come up, recovering those accounts isn't high up on his priority list either.
Worst case, you're gonna have to wait several months like some others did(/do), so unless you're extremely lucky, get in line.

My account was hacked 3 days ago, I e-mailed 2 days ago and still nothing. What do I do? Theymos keeps coming online and I think he's ignoring me 
Only theymos can recover my account and I sent him a signed message and everything...
He probably has a lot of work on and can't help everyone at one, if you sent him a PM in the correct account recovery form then I'am sure he will recover it for you soon.Only theymos can recover my account and I sent him a signed message and everything...

I think you can PM badbear about account recoveries too but not sure about that.
