I haven’t noticed too much difference on the exchange, business side of things. Maybe the social media accounts are a little less edgy, a bit boring since Teng became the main man. I’m not too sure if that’s a good or bad thing for business. CZ is probably still covertly pulling the strings on the main business decisions, unbeknown to authorities. Binance is his baby after all.

I haven't experienced much changes though, but I think the new CEO is doing just fine. I expected worse but to my greatest surprise he is still keeping the company in a good shape. One of things that might have triggered the fear of expecting bad performance from binance is after they removed some swap trading pairs, because the regulator and SEC was at their neck. But today I still use binance and am satisfied with their performance, I hope nothing changes.

With the kind skills the new binance CEO have showcased in some few months he has spend in the office, show that he will do better than the formal CEO of binance that was guilty on some fraud activities that made him to resigned so that the company will not collapse.

You can see some new development in Binance since this CEO took over from the formal CEO and, if you enter some sectors in binance, you will begin to see some information that will cooling your mind to remain with binance because they have what it takes to protect their customers fund not to disappear like the way other people coins use to disappear in some exchange.

There has not been any huge difference except back to back listing of coins, CZ was more proactive and it would be too early to conclude on Richard Tang but right now there would be more pressure of centralized exchanges as we have seen regulators tightening their noose around CEX, Apple app store removing Binance from Indian market and how Richard Teng deals with this would define his credibility.

It's still quite early to judge or conclude the performance and impact of the new CEO Richard Teng, I think that Binance is still running the way CZ left it, except for a few changes like the listing of some new tokens. CZ worked so hard to build Binance to be the number one crypto exchange, and I think that Mr. Teng, must be the right man for the job, if not he wouldn't have been appointed. Although it's still quite early to know whether he can fit very well in his new position, whether Binance will still retain it's number one position will soon unfold under his new leadership.

I believe that Changpeng Zhao (CZ) made a significant contribution to the development of cryptocurrency overall. Serving as the CEO of the top exchange, he consistently advanced not only the exchange itself but also the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) blockchain. Now, the new CEO will face challenges because they won't be able to surpass CZ in terms of ideas and contributions. Therefore, I think Binance will gradually lose its positions or may no longer be considered the top exchange.

What do you guys think about that?

Dear God bless u, indeed CZ has resigned from his CEO post But he still has an eye on what is going on Because some days ago i was reading a post in which CZ was requesting the US government to allow him to leave the US before his next presence in Court. I don't know what was his mind before that thought of leaving the US maybe he was scared of some of his negative activity as he had already paid a big amount of fine.

On the other hand, I also read a post on the Binance handle in which they were saying your funds are safe... I tried to find the link again of that post but I could not find the post so I can share here that post.

What do you guys say should we transfer our Binance fund to another exchange or not? Some of my Friends have transferred their funds to their wallets or other exchanges which I also say was got step of them.

If it's about the benefit of the entire crypto community, I like CZ more because he's very vocal to what he's saying that we're going to like. But of course there are things that we can't agree on him.

Compare to the new CEO whom is Teng. I don't think that we can compare him to CZ as he's done more than him and he's just starting out and there are more work and progress to do.

There's more exposure to CZ than him and that's why it's just hard to compare.

OP Edit; it's Richard Teng the new CEO of binance.

On the other hand, I haven't really noticed any change in binance even with your point, even while CZ is away he promised and I'm convinced he wouldn't let his investment or biggest project fail because of a circumstances. so I'm pretty sure that his eyes are on whatever is going on binance right now.

CZ still is the one deciding in the background which means Teng is just there to represent as CEO but he may have limits on where he can act. CZ still owns Binance. maybe Teng decide on those new tokens to be listed but once they find out the volume is low they also remove those tokens.

i'm not following the new CEO on his Twitter but seems unnecessary. CZ is also silent these days probably trying not to get attention from regulators. don't want to be on the hot seat again.

Changpeng Zhao considers Binance as a sole proprietorship, so he will have an impact on the decisions of the Company's New CEO, but Richard Teng will try to leave a mark by trying to take some measures and corrections, but the general approach of Binance will not change, so I do not think that much will happen except more cooperation with the authorities, reducing the fees that They ignore tokens and strict enforcement of regulations or monitoring the activity of individual accounts.

I don't think apple's removing Binance and other exchanges in its app store is as big news as it sounds. apple doesn't have as large a user base in India as the US, Japan etc. According to a reasearch apple has only 5% market share in India.

for me Cz is still the best CEO at least for now and Im user of binance and don't really hit or know anything when binance under new CEO and binance still binance and I don't think it effect much.

But CZ stand with crypto community sometimes outside the binance itself. I hope there will be a figure like Cz in future
Bruh CZ is not dead lol  Grin Grin Grin
He announced in Twitter that he's taking a break from Twitter for a while. Pretty sure he'll come back sooner or later, he said that before he'll be more focused on investing in new Defi and Crypto projects, He's gonna become a Gem hunter now.

That could look impressive but from what I have seen so far, I think Binance is not the exchange we used to know before. It has suddenly lose it value gradually and most project team are not even interested in following the stress and principles Binance as an exchange has established before.

Due to many forces on Binance and the team with the corruption case of money laundery, the value had reduced immersely and they have no option than to succome to the pressure. BNB and busd which is one of the assets of Binance are delisted in many exchanges bring there values down.

I have noticed one big difference so far, Binance now listing new tokens quicker than before.  The last 3 tokens were listed within 2 weeks one after another after few days of launchpool farming.

Before that, they used to be very picky.

All those listed coins through launchpad have been dumped after initial pump. Earlier they took time and choose the right projects. Now, they are listing new ones faster but only a few would last long. In India Binance app is no more available to download from the Apple store and may be the same thing would happen on Google Play Store. The new CEO has to now deal with the regulations of the Indian government. That is one major change that I think has happened after he took over as the CEO.

Seems like it is a lot more calm, it doesn't feel like it is on the headlines everyday, which is what I assume they wanted to do with CZ gone, he was a prolific figure which made him talked about a lot, and they wanted someone who would stay silent and just work and that is what they are doing.

This doesn't mean it is a good or bad thing, it doesn't really mean anything really, it is just what it is and we can't really change anything regarding this at all. I believe that we are going to end up with something quite normal and shouldn't really assume anything will be bigger than that. I get that life is not that easy, but it is also not that hard neither, so we should definitely consider this to be normal and not anything crazy at all.

Let's be honest, can he support the crypto community like CZ ?

In every CYCLE everytime there has some (FUD) on Crypto especially on Binance, CZ are quite active to defend or give update about the case while everything is under control (SAFU, etc).

I love how he really care about the ecosystem and not just only his service exchange platform.
You are right bro. I also really admired him for that habit. It felt like he never left Binance community alone.

Yes, I still remember the IEO period by Binance. and not all projects can easily list their tokens on the Binance exchange. and each token will usually create tremendous hype in the market.
However, with a new CEO, of course, there will be new efforts for them to develop the platform. however, Binance is already very big and growing tremendously as the largest crypto exchange today.
However, with the listing of new coins, of course, this becomes an attraction for investors and traders. Let's try to see first how the Binance market develops with several coins that will be listed.
Do you think that is an attraction for new investors? i feel like that might also reduce their crediblity among investors. listing too many tokens in very short period of time could make people think that they are only after money and don't care about quality of tokens anymore.

Damn. I am sorry man. and thanks for pointing that out. Post is edited now.

What do you guys think about that?

I am guessing they are trying to maintain good image for now and is really catering to their customers

However despite the legal cases and their old CEO stepping down, binance seems to relatively maintain what they have right now and seems like their costumers or users did not really leave by their side

How binance operated before would still be most likely the same

I have been using binance for quite a long time for now and it has provided me a flawless exchange environment with one of the lowest trade fees and withdrawal fees. The US SEC fiasco made no difference on how I've been using the exchange. I had followed CZ on twitter and now his X's have decreased in X. Other than that CZ made no different in my real or virtual life. There's been a general tendency of me focusing more on DEX than any Centralized exchange these days but that has nothing to do with binance. Preference on BSC network than even cheaper Polygon could be a bias but I'm not sure.

The pump/dump from TRB was like a special greeting that Richard Teng sent to the entire community. Before that, I suspected he was just a stand-in, but honestly, the fact that Binance has such a big impact on the market is very difficult to predict destruction like FTX.

Recently, the fact that they have continuously launched launchpools is probably understandable as the market is bustling with a lot of news that investors are paying attention to. The discussion between the launch pool and launch pad is the story. Behind the scenes, I have no problem with them implementing cooperation with many new projects because it is consistent with the market state.
